Our family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The kids loved using the pool and hot tub every night. The parking pass for the underground parking was easy to find in the binder.We noticed on the first night that we were missing some towels and robes, and they were quickly provided. Great stay overall!

This space had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I have celiac so it was important to have a kitchen to make our own meals. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay again.

Since this was my first time booking through Vrbo, I was unsure how to proceed. However, I received the email with the instructions, and the person who took my call when I arrived at the location was very helpful. The only issue I had was that the TVs had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it happened on the weekend outside business hours. I left early in the morning, and when I got back (around 7 pm), I couldn't watch any streaming services or any other channel. I reported the issue three times and no one got back to me since it was after hours (so it was not possible to fix). Next day it happened again, the TVs didn't connect to

Great Stay with Pool & Parking

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! Access to the residence pool (hot tub) was a real plus! Be careful, there is not only the view of the air conditioning, but also the noise that goes with it (which is a shame). Access is very easy and the underground parking is really a plus.

A well-appointed property with almost everything we needed. The washer-dryer combo didn’t work as well as we would have liked, but otherwise this was a fantastic place to stay that was close proximity to everything Canmoroe has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

The place overall was cute and in a good location. When we arrived there was dead bugs and crumbs behind/under the bed. There was a dead and alive bug crawling in one of the light fixtures in the room. The blanket for the pull out couch was dirty with hair and stains. There was also a blanket in the washroom that was stained with a yellow stain and dirty we had to wash the blanket ourselves. The washer/dryer was not working when we arrived. I sent a message and they said someone would be coming out to fix the washer/dryer and clean. The washer/dryer was fixed however they never cleaned the bugs and crumbs from under/behind the bed and the bugs in the light fixture were still there and never removed. The place could have been cleaner for the amount of money we payed to stay there.

This was an incredible place to stay… The huge and incredibly clean hot tub was icing on the cake thought of by a dip in the pool after being sore from hiking up to Lake Agnes from Lake Louise! Dept was super clean and it was a very nice surprise to have spices to cook with and all the appropriate cookware as well… There was even a nice terry cloth robe to put on after Our showers The town of Canmore has so much to do, loads of restaurants and cafés, and lots of beautiful places to walk even in town

too much information can overwhelm a little. to get into the garage the gate wasn't working properly, they should have a spot on the parking lot per apartment assigned already. and the coffee machine doesn't have the right jar for it. basically everything its good, you have everything just like home. Just some issues from the building, so after a good hiking what you need its something easy and fast to get some rest, and a good coffee in the morning to keep on your hike adventure 😀

We really enjoyed this space and would absolutely stay again! Super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The units are really quiet—not once did I hear noise from a neighbouring unit. The hot tub is really large and wonderful to have access to. The area is also super walkable! Like other reviewers have said, be mindful that this space does not have a view (however this didn’t detract from our experience at all). It’s also important to understand that you’re not in a hotel (or similar) space. That means that there’s no one on site to help you with most issues like a front desk would. If you have a non-emergent issue after the Rockies Rentals business hours, you have to wait until the next day. With that being said, when this happened to us I received a phone call as soon as they opened and someone was down to help us in about an hour. The staff from Rockies Rentals were super friendly and they provided really detailed information about everything. All in all we would 100% stay again! :)
