Part of the exclusive Mantra French Quarter resort, the two-bedroom property makes its home on the ground floor of the Mediterranean-style complex, with direct access to the meandering lagoon-style pool that lies at its heart. Complemented by a children’s wading pool, two heated spa pools and even a sauna, it’s a tranquil waterside sanctuary, perhaps best enjoyed by pulling up a lounge around one of the poolside decks.

For those who yearn for the smell and sensation of salt water, Noosa’s iconic Main Beach and the pristine waters of Laguna Bay lie just metres away, fringed by a wide expanse of golden sand. Popular with crowds – especially those with a camera in hand – it’s a slice of paradise that’s yours to enjoy however you see fit. Stretch out on the soft sand under a brolly with plans to do not much at all, dive into the water or head to the surf break to tackle the waves. You can even keep an eye out for turtles and dolphins.

Away from the water, the lush environs of Noosa National Park are but a short walk away, while the delights of Hastings St never fail to charm and captivate. Take the time to browse and buy, from gorgeous fashions to incredible homewares, or turn your attention to the precinct’s headlining restaurants, which specialise in food that’s as memorable as it is moreish.
