Perched on a hill with an unrivalled outlook, this recently renovated four-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking views over the sun-dappled waters of Laguna Bay, the sandy expanse of Main Beach, and the mountains in the distance. The apartment provides a tranquil escape while being within walking distance of Noosa’s famous beach and vibrant Hastings Street.

The apartment’s spacious open-plan design includes a sleek, minimalist style with plush woollen carpets and large glass windows that flood the interior with warm natural light. The living area seamlessly connects to a furnished outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the indoor areas are fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

The master king bedroom offers a private retreat with a walk-through dressing area leading into a luxurious ensuite. A full-length window and sliding door open to spectacular views of Main Beach, creating a perfect spot to wake up to the beauty of Noosa. The second bedroom, ideal for families, features a queen-sized bed and bunk beds. The apartment also offers two king rooms with the option to split the beds for flexibility.

The dining area, recently refurnished by an interior designer, has been updated to offer a more spacious and stylish setting for dining and gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped and flows into the lounge area, making it perfect for family and group get-togethers.

One of the apartment's most unique features is the private ensuite with a rain shower, where you can step straight from the shower through a sliding glass door and into the outdoor space, embracing the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.

This is not intended to be an exhaustive supply so depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION
Hastings Park Noosa makes its home at the end of world-famous Hastings Street amongst the lush green hillside, looking back towards the local cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques and offering unsurpassed views over Noosa Main Beach and across the sparkling waters of Laguna Bay.
There are just nine boutique accommodation residences of uncompromising quality — all featuring three or four bedrooms and sleeping six to ten people.

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.

GETTING AROUND
ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.
Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.

Suncoast Cabs provide taxi services and can be more reliable later in the evening than rideshare services. The best way to order a cab is via the Suncoast Cabs app.

Translink provide the convenience of bus travel all across the Sunshine Coast including Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore and Cooroy.
Travellers will require a Translink 'Go Card' - an electronic ticket for all Translink bus, train (including Airtrain), ferry and tram services in greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast regions which must be purchased and topped up prior to travel. Please note: the ‘Go Noosa Weekends’ initiative offers free travel on weekends on Translink routes 626, 627, 628, 629 and 632 and the ‘Go Noosa Holidays’ initiative offers free travel during Christmas and Easter school holidays on select services including the popular 65 Go Noosa Loop Bus.

A railway line connects the region to Brisbane in the south, and Gympie and beyond, to the north. Transport between Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can also be accessed via the train to Beerwah, Landsborough or Nambour train stations.
