Estos apartamentos tienen la piscina mas grande de todos los hoteles y apartamentos de Benidorm.Y una de las urbanizaciones mas bonitas de Benidorm.El complejo compuesto de 4 edificios(casi 400 apartamentos).Ocupa una manzana de calles completa.
Justo al lado hay un supermercado,parada de bus,farmacia,etc.En la misma calle hay tiendas,bares restaurantes,etc,a 300 metros esta la playa y tambiem un Macdonals,un Burger King;y KFC en la misma calle.
A 15/20 minutos a pie esta el parque acuatico mas grande de Europa(Aqualandia)y Mundomar(Parque de animales exoticos con un fabuloso show con delfines.),etc.

Property i was told on a slight incline, it was at the top of a big big hill , because i have mobility problems i had to have a scooter , could not charge or leave at appartments , had to take further up hill to carpark and charge and park there , then walk back to appartments then back up hill to pick it up , appartments are lovely just not for someone with mobility oroblems .

Ann,you left the mobility scooter right on front of the elevator inside the building the first night,and as mentioned to you that was not allowed as on case of a fire the scooter will block the exit of people,The scooter can be left on day time just outside the main door of the apartments on the parking provided for it.You ony need to take the scooter for charging when need it to the car park wich is only 50 meters away.I understand that, being a physically very heavy person, it wasn't easy for you to return from the parking.However, from what I saw, your husband, who is thin, was taking the scooter to the parking.You could have easily left the scooter at the door of the apartments, 5 meters from the elevator that takes you to the apartment. Thank you for your stay in our apartments. You are a wonderful couple.

Great apartment in a Great location.

Just back fro a 4 night stay here and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The location is great....away fro the hussle and bussle but less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach, bars and entertainment etc. Juan the manager was very helpful..... he was in contact with us from our arrival at the airport and was waiting at the main entrance of the complex when we got there. We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again in the future.

Myself and four children stayed at juans apartments for a week, the apartment was very clean and juan was lovely and helped me with anything that was needed, no matter the time day or night. I suffer with back problem's and found the bed to be quite hard but other than that we had a great stay. Pools are absolutely fantastic. And life guards are all lovely.. there is a very steep hill up to the apartment so wouldnt suit any body with mobility problem's. We had to get a taxi back most nights as the hill was to much for my disabled daughter. Air con had to be paid for extra. But fan was given free of charge.

Ideal para pasar unos días

Nuestra estancia ha sido de 4 días y la verdad es que no ha faltado de nada. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, todo estaba limpio y en orden. Juan, el propietario, un encanto de hombre, súper simpático, amable, puntual, siempre dispuesto a ayudar o resolver alguna duda y muy atento. El apartamento está muy bien situado y es muy acogedor. Cuenta con un supermercado a 50 metros y la playa está muy cerca . Hemos estado 5 personas y cabíamos perfectamente. En conclusión, recomendamos este apartamento tanto como un grupo de amigas o para una familia porque no le falta de nada.

Ik zou zeggen ga er zelf eens een week heen.

Het appartementencomplex werd goed onderhouden.maar het appartement inrichting was oud.de matrassen pasten niet op de bedden. Het bestek en servies was bijeen geraapt voor de airco moest worden betaald. De getoonde foto is heel misleidend daar klopt niets van. Het tweekamerappartement werd er een. De eigenaar kwam wel meteen als je hem een mail stuurde.

U had tijdens uw verblijf geen airconditioning nodig, omdat het prachtig weer was. We hebben verschillende appartementen, we zitten helemaal vol en de helft van de klanten zijn vaste klanten van andere jaren en niemand heeft om airconditioning gevraagd. Hoe dan ook, in de beschrijving staat dat u extra moet betalen voor airconditioning als u dat wilt. De appartementen waren twee jaar geleden voorzien van nieuw meubilair, dus het meubilair is nieuw. Het appartement dat u boekte was een appartement met één slaapkamer en u betaalt de prijs voor een appartement met één slaapkamer, en niet voor een appartement met twee slaapkamers. Over de klacht bij aankomst over de wens voor een tweepersoonsbed: als u dat van tevoren had aangevraagd, hadden we u een tweepersoonsbed kunnen geven in plaats van eenpersoonsbedden in de slaapkamer. Afgezien van deze paar dingen hopen we dat u zult genieten van uw verblijf in onze appartementen, want u bent een leuk stel.

Absolutely fantastic

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Juan apartments. Everything was so perfect just couldn't fault a thing. Juan is such a lovely guy and is there for you at any time day or night if ever you need him. The apartment was beautiful with Everthing you need just like going home from home.Thank you so much Juan for the perfect holiday and hope to return one day soon. Highly recommended to family's young or old.Simple love Benodorm and the apartment was in such a fantastic place the pool is gorgeous and to finish of our wonderful holiday we even had the sunshine everyday day for a week. Vacanza Benidorm Oct/Nov 2016

We have stayed at this apartment previously and found it to be ideal for our requirements. The property is clean and well maintained and has English TV and Wifi (extra cost) and a Safe (extra cost). It has one bedroom and a bathroom with shower over. It has a small kitchen with all facilities we needed. Juan the owner was waiting to greet us when we arrived with the keys and was available whenever we needed assistance. We are a retired couple looking for an apartment close to the facilities of the Levante side of Benidorm yet close enough to walk to the Poniente side and beyond. We like to walk and this area of Benidorm provides a good, flat, pleasant walk along the promenade from Levante to Poniente. We like to be in the centre of all the attractions and also for the yearly fiesta. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back again in 2017 for more of the same. Thank you Juan

5 days in Benidorm

Really enjoyed my stay here,Juan was very helpful and friendly and gave useful advice when required. The accommodation is part of a residential block ,all very clean and well maintained. My apartment was excellent,great 40 inch TV with British channels and a nice balcony/kitchen and spacious living room. Anyway,the block is 15 minute walk from beach ,supermarket across the road and bars/restaurants down the hill and pleasant change from the mad zone. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday .pool not open in the "winter" but that did not bother me. Well priced and all you need inside and outside-great value for money.

This customer maybe don't notice that one of the pools at the complex was still open in winnter while his stay in November as that pool is still open just now wich we are nearly in Christmas time and will be keeped open this year all year around.In winnter months pools on apartments and hotels,specialy on a cloudy day as are not many people on them can be given the impresion of be closed.

Brilliant

Couldn't get much better! Juan is absolutely brilliant. Good communication prior before arriving in Benidorm. Once arrived at Benidorm greeted us very friendly, once in the apartment showed us around and how everything works. Explained that there a extras available (Wifi €10 for a week can't beat that). Couldn't meet a more friendlier guy. And thank you for helping us out when we left the buggies at the airport! Onto the apartment. Great! Everything you need is in there, very spacious and clean. We've got a two year old and three year old what came with us so quite worried about balconies so we was pleased to see their is safety class fitted! There is a main bedroom with two single beds and in the lounge area two couches which pull down into double beds so more then enough! The apartment is in a residential building so it's not like a hotel, it's located a ideal place with everything around you a short walk but away from all the noise. There are two swimming pools on the complex, we went out of season so the big pool was closed (no problem!) Juan explained we could use the opposite hotels pool which is only across the road. We went once very nice! But my kids were content using the small pool in our complex. Overall couldn't ask for anything else! Holiday was brillent, was nice meeting Juan and looking forward to returning. Thank you

best holiday in benidorm 2016

fantastic apartment great location juan the owner was great met us at the front gate and showed us around , the pool is great for kids never overcrowded and very safe . my 9 year old learnt how to swim he didnt want to come home . will be booking same time next year . thank you so much Juan . see you soon and take care .

An Amazing Family Holiday!!!!!!

Our stay was Excellent from start to finish!!! Juan the owner is a really lovely person, always on hand to help with anything during your stay, nothing too much trouble for him, very polite and friendly. Apartment was great, had everything in we required for our 10 day stay! also a big thing for us is cleanliness the apartment was very clean and spacious plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony quite big. The pol was amazing our children loved it so much they did not want to return home! Thank you Juan for letting us stay and for all your kindness and help from start to finish, we will definitely return, look forward to seeing you soon.....:) :) :) :) :) :)

Brilliant for families

Juan was friendly and met us outside the apartment, once inside he showed us where everything was and how it worked. Juan told us he was available 24hrs a day and to call him if we needed anything or we had problems. The property was very clean and tidy and as a family of 6 we found we had plenty of space for us all, the balcony overlooks the pool and is better than most as the sun does not shine into your eyes during the day, the pool is large and was never overcrowded during our stay. The apartment like most in Benidorm is on a hill but there are plenty of pubs to rest in, the location of the apartment is only a short walk from the beach, market, waterpark or busy nightlife so is situated perfectly for the majority of people. I would stay in this property again and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Our stay at VACANZA Appartments

The appartment's owner Juan, was very helpful & friendly. from making the booking to checking into the appartment. The appartment's location is very convenient and it's on a slight hill so walking back up can work a sweat up, 2mins walk to the supper market (which is a normally priced & used by the locals) 5mins to local restaurants, 7mins to the shopping areas, 10-15mins to the Lanvate beach, 15mins to the main night life strip & 15mins to Aqualand & Mundomar (must dos for kids). The appartment is on the 3rd floor and there's a set of Appartment block steps near the front door & elevators with less than a minutes walk on either side of the appartment. The only thing the appartment doesn't have is a conventional oven which limits cooking family meals in the appartment but it has everything else you would need. I recommend asking for the air-conditioning to be switched on but be careful with how cold & how long it's on for as you could run up a bill that is paid by the meter. There's a safety deposit box & WIFI that requires a small fee €25 for both for the week. The balcony is well protected (4 feet high glass & metal panels) so little ones will be safe. The swimming pool is fantastic our kids loved it, sun loungers are available if you want to rent some but not essential as there's grass areas at the pool that are soft under a beach towel. It's well recommended! Best regards.

Value for money

The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. The crockery is a bit miss matched but there is plenty of it. Bed was very comfortable and the shower is good. There is a small charge for wifi, it can be a little bit slow.. Juan met us at the apartment, he is very helpful, He lives in the apartment block so he is on hand if anything is needed. The apartment is very well positioned in the Rincon area but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There are some nice local bars and restaurants on the same street plus a supermarket. The pool was closed when we were there but we could have use of the hotel next doors pool. We would definitely go back to this apartment. Great value for money.

Perfect Location & great Apartment

The apartment is in a good location as its in a quiet area but not far from all the bars & the beach. It is very clean & had everything we needed. I had asked for an oven as I like to cook & the apartment had a full sized oven to my delight. A dishwasher, washer & large fridge freezer is also in the apartment, We opted to pay for private parking which was at a good price. There is on-road parking but not many spaces & if you are going in the busy period you may not get parked, so worth paying a bit more for parking. The wifi was great & cheap & the large screen TV with UK channels was a nice surprise. Lots of nice restaurants nearby & we tired the local Italian, which Juan recommended & it was great value & excellent quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.

Our return visit!

My wife and I spend another excellent month at the Vacanza Apartments in March There is a well stocked supermarket approximately 50 mtrs away. The property is clean and well maintained with all the equipment you could need and the owner Juan is always on hand if you ever need him as he lives nearby. The apartment is in a quiet location but its only a short walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Hoping for a return visit very soon.

Lovely family break away.😎

The apartment was clean and well maintained.washing machine was a god send.we ate in the apartment and out. Lovely Italian restaurant just down the road.short 5 min walk. Corner shop just outside the apartment which seems to sell most thing and v reasonably priced. The beach is about 10 min walk(with kids)Juan was very good.informed us of everything and made it very clear that we could contact him at ANYtime if we needed him.-even when I needed an umbrella he was at our door in 5min ! Perfect for our get away

The apartment we stayed at was perfect for us, just out of the way enough to be quiet and not affected by stag and hen parties but equally close enough to all the fun that's to be had in Benidorm. It was perfect for our family. There's a decent sized supermarket right across the road and also very close is a lovely small restuarant where we had breakfast each morning. The aparetment was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 4 with a nice view over the pool. All the facilities that you need are there, cooker, large fridge with freezer, a washing machine and even a parasol for the beach if you want to use it Juan is a great guy to deal with and everything was nice and easy. We found it so good that we are going back again in just over a week and are very much looking forward to it. We are taking some family with us this time too. Mat H

excellent holiday stay

We had a lovely winter stay at this apartment.The owner met us when we arrived and made us very welcome. The apartment was very comfortable and in an ideal quiet location but within a 5 minute walk to all amenities.We have already spoke to the owner about booking for next year.We would recommend this property to all our freinds

Fabulous Apartments & Excellent Customer Service

We stayed at the Vacanza Apartments in March , April, May & Dec 2015 The Apartments are at about 4 minutes walk to the beach. The Apartment and complex are excellent, felt very secure, clean, with everything that you need. We were met by Juan on arrival. Juan lives in the same complex and was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. The nearest restaurants and bars are just at 50 metres away,and walking along into the main entertainment area which is around the corner. Would recommend this accomodation for familes and couples, and I would never go anywhere else. Customer service provided by Juan is second to none. Apartments are fabulous with all you need and really quiet for a great nights sleep . Going back again in April this year & can't wait.

Don't touch with a barge pole

Yes I booked this apartment in winter time but to have to go to bed fully clothed and with jackets on is not acceptable .dont expect the furniture shown in the picture or you will be extremely disappointed ,as this is definitely not what we had in apartment we were given ( dated is an understatement).The owner admitted to us he does have 8 apartments on this resort and also apartments in next building and when checking back on reviews please take into consideration how old they are.My family travel 3 to 4 times a year and have never been so disappointed in accommodation ever.We were so disappointed that we flew out of Benidorm the following day of arrival with absolutely nothing planned for Christmas in 2 days.

This review is the badness of a family wich on my opinion came for cigarretes smuggling and never for a week holidays.This family of 3 people arrive with only one medium size suitcase.After they left the apartment i found a receipt from that same date on top of the table from a local tabaco shop of nearly 1000 euros spent on cigarretes,(200 boxes of Richmonds superking brand).My question is: If this family came with intention to stay for holidays the full week where they put theyr clothes,specially winnter clothes,wich take more room?,as so many boxes of cigarretes more than full the only suitcase they came with.They mention on arrival that theyr flights were cheaper than airport transfers and only book few days before arrival date.As they mention on the review they travel 3 or 4 times a year.Holidays or a trip to Tabacoland?. This family request on theyr first day a heater.So as i show theyr note at my door when i came back home after midnight,i wait to the morning after to take the heater to theyr apartment as i don´t wanted to disturb them so late at night.My surprise the next morning when i found that they are away back home,and the lady contact me asking for compensation.I have my phone 24 hours available for my customers so i talk the lady that if they would have phoned me i would had take it strait away,but she said theyr phone was not working.I informed her that we have public phones in Spain!.When she find out she would not get any compensation she said she will write as many bad things about my property as she could,(never mind if they are true or not).And that is what she did!.If i would be a person what read this review.Who to believe?,to this family or to the more than 30 familys wich left "GENUINE" very positive reviews about my property.I accept negatives reviews,as i know not every single family is going to like my property,but this review is not genuine and was posted with badness and it is an offence to the other familys wich have a different opinion than this family and left a positive review. This lady said on her review:(checking back on reviews please take into consideration how old they are).Well!.Here is my answer:Up to today 39 reviews been posted about my property since year 2008.On the last 5 years 28 out of 39 reviews were posted,with year 2015(present year)with 10 reviews the year with higer number of reviews posted.This can be check by anyone at the website. Try somewhere else next time to pay for your trip with fake claims.

Our month in Benidorm

My wife and I were at the Vacanza apartments from 27th October to the 24th November 2015 we had a wonderful time, weather was great having experienced only one wet morning and one cloudy day throughout the month.The apartment was clean, well equipped, bright and very spacious with a big balcony which got the sun for most of the day, we even had the pleasure of watching our usual T.V. programmes as we had all U.K. channels free of charge.Juan was a very helpful pleasant man who was always there if we needed anything. The apartment sits on a bit of a hill but we didnt find this to be a major problem and we are both in our sixties. We hope to be returning to these apartments again soon. From Cale , Janie

Salida en la autopista A-7(Autopista del Mediterraneo)Salida Playa de Levante.Benidorm.
El bus numero 11 conecta la stacion de bus,stacion de tren,el casco antiguo y el parque Acuatico.Esta linea para justo en la puerta del complejo en ambas direcciones.Tambien varias lineas conectan el casco antiguo con otros pueblos(El Albir,Altea,etc).Centro Comercial La Marina.Carrefour,etc...Estas lineas paran muy cerca del complejo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Estos apartamentos estan en la Playa de Levante,en la zona de los mejores hoteles de 4 estrellas de Benidorm como el Hotel Melia,Hotel Levante Club,Hotel Flamingo Oasis,Hotel Dynastic,Hotel Palm Beach,etc.
Estos apartamentos tienen la piscina mas grande de todos los hoteles y apartamentos de Benidorm.Y una de las urbanizaciones mas bonitas de Benidorm.El complejo compuesto de 4 edificios(casi 400 apartamentos:Edificio Vacanza,Torre Montecarlo,Torre Monaco y Edificio San Marino)ocupa una manzana de calles completa.
Justo al lado hay un supermercado,parada de bus,farmacia,etc.En la misma calle hay tiendas,bares restaurantes,etc,a 300 metros esta la playa y tambiem un Macdonals,un Burger King;y KFC en la misma calle Londres.
A 15/20 minutos a pie esta el parque acuatico mas grande de Europa(Aqualandia)y Mundomar(Parque de animales exoticos con un fabuloso show con delfines.),etc.
