Una nueva propiedad única situada justo en la entrada a la Montaña Barrio dorado. Atalaya es una espaciosa de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños en 4 niveles - uno de los cuales es la torre de vigilancia en el cuarto nivel. Esta cabina de encargo está maravillosamente decorado con espacios agradables y un uno-de-una especie de dormitorio principal y cuarto de baño en la habitación de la torre de alto nivel con algunas de las mejores vistas de la zona!

La planta principal tiene un plan de piso abierto, con su sala de estar, cocina de granito, y comedor. También obtendrá para disfrutar de una chimenea TV de 42 "hermoso y acogedor de gas, un área de lavado, y fácil acceso a la cubierta salir con vistas Negro Hills National Forest!

El nivel más bajo de la propiedad tiene un wet-bar, zona de juegos de mesa para disfrutar con la familia, otra televisión y un paseo patio con una bañera de hidromasaje!

El dormitorio principal es en la parte superior de la torre en el nivel 4, e incluye una cama king-size, TV de pantalla plana, baño completo y patio de paseo-fuera con vistas infinitas! En el 3er nivel, hay otro amplio dormitorio con literas de tamaño completo y área pequeña con TV. Nivel principal dormitorio incluye una cama de matrimonio y baño completo. El nivel más bajo tiene un cuarto dormitorio con cama litera doble y 5 dormitorios que incluye una cama de matrimonio.

Podrás minutos de Terry Peak y Deer Mountain, a poca distancia a Deadwood para disfrutar de los sitios y los juegos de azar, y puede acceder a los vehículos todo terreno y motos de nieve senderos justo fuera de su puerta en la propiedad. Situado en el centro para que pueda disfrutar de todo el Colinas del Norte tiene que ofrecer!

Atalaya está muy cerca de nuestras otras propiedades dorado de montaña (a poca distancia) - Powder Ridge, Coach House, whisky barril, Claim Jumper, Stemwinder, salón de cabina, Lazy Bear Lodge, Copperhead cabina y oro Camp Hotel rústico. Para que pueda disfrutar trayendo grupos grandes, y aún así tener la tranquilidad de volver a cabinas separadas.

Great Location

Close to town, but feels secluded. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. The three levels really helped the three family groups have their own space. Beautiful decks and fire pit. The hot tub was a bonus!

My only two complaints: 1) there weren’t a lot of pots/pans, Tupperware, etc. for when we were cooking at the house 2) the master being on the top floor... so. Many. Stairs!😆 BEAUTIFUL view!! My legs for sure are in better shape now - ha! Overall, our (11 of us girls total), stay was amazing. The check out list made it very easy so we knew everything we had to get done. Would absolutely recommend!

This was our family's 3rd yr in the area and Lookout Tower was by far the best vaca rental. Great location to all things for family to do. Gorgeous property. Great area for old and young. The grandbabies had a blast in the heated pool. Had visitors (deer) many times. Definitely would book again!

Wonderful vacation home for our family time

We found it a very enjoyable experience including the location. The home was beautiful & cozy & the kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were all in great shape & the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the multiple common areas. We took advantage of the amenities the clubhouse & pool offered.

Amazing Trip

The home was absolutely amazing and the views were breathtaking. We would 100% recommend this home. The only down side is we wish we had more time to enjoy it. Could have stayed for weeks.

Extended family vacation in black hills

We enjoyed our stay. Enough room for our group of 11. The kids enjoyed the small community pool. I enjoyed being a short drive from the Mickelson trail for short morning runs.

Exceptional cabin/location - mediocre cleaning crew!

Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was in an exceptional location - perfectly situated between Terry's Peak/Lead (5 minutes) and Spearfish Canyon (10-15 minutes). The scenery was beautiful, and our kids especially loved the "tree house" feel of this multi-level home. The hot tub on the patio was so enjoyable! It was a fun getaway with grandparents and extended family!! Sadly, while the cabin felt clean overall, we were shocked when reviewing the checkout instructions which asked that we strip all of the sheets, but leave the blankets/comforters. While I realize this is probably more common practice in the hotel industry than I care to know - with the current pandemic, it left us with an uneasy feeling. We were also asked to do all of the dishes, take out all trash, start a load of towels, etc. I'm all for team work, but our previous stay at Molly's Folly didn't seem quite as labor intensive. Regardless, of that small disappointment, our experience was great and we would highly recommend going the cabin rental route over staying at a hotel...

Easy access to everything we wanted to do in Deadwood and Rapid City, with the comfort of a home to sleep in. Beds were very comfortable and sheets super soft. Laundry on site gave us the ability to pack lighter, the area was beautiful to explore, great neighborhood to walk around. The kids enjoyed the community pool- warmed water while the adults enjoyed the hot tubs at the community area as well as at the home. Great views off the upper all around deck. The only issue was that we didn't stay long enough, 3 nights were not enough!

The hot tub outside made for an enjoyable time in the beautiful Black Hills. But, the best had to be the clubhouse heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs we enjoyed while it was snowing us all in. Property owner was incredibly responsive and worked with us when part of us our crew couldn't leave safely after over a feet of snow. The property was clean and had all we needed and then some! We would love to return to this location and recommend it to anyone.
