Such a beautiful house. 5 min walk to the beach. Lovely interior. The host was very accomodating. They left us with a nice welcome package of wine and other essentials. Would stay here again. Will definitely be recommending the house to friends and family.

Review

The property was in a great area of Bondi quiet street and a short walk to the beach. The toaster was broken and so was the kitchen sink plug and the window latches were rusty and difficult to lock. The sliding door onto to the outside space wouldn't close properly but did have a deadlock. Overall a great house for a big group

Great Location, Clean Property

We had an amazing time staying so close to all the beaches nearby, especially Bondi. The property was clean and pictures were just like the property. We enjoyed the backyard/garden and saw several beautiful birds. Parking was very easy. When the listing said it had air conditioning, there is only 1 unit in the dining/main area. It was quite warm, but their were fans in the bedrooms. I survived. I would have given it 5 stars in all areas, but the paint was chipping in the bathrooms and the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen was a bit dated, but it was very clean and fulfilled our needs. We were grateful for a washer/dryer. I would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you so much for your detailed and kind review. We’re delighted to hear you had an amazing stay and enjoyed the fantastic location, the nearby beaches, and the peaceful backyard—those little moments with the birds really are special! We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the air conditioning and some maintenance items. We understand how important comfort is, especially during warmer days, and will review how we can better communicate the cooling setup in the listing. We’ve also noted your comments about the bathrooms and kitchen and will be addressing these as part of our ongoing improvements. It’s great to know the cleanliness, parking, and amenities like the washer/dryer met your needs, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We’d love to welcome you back again in the future!
