Welcome to our charming Art Deco apartment in St Kilda! With a short walk to the beach and vibrant cafes, this 2-bed space is ideal for couples, families or small groups. Features include a bright living area, full kitchen, comfortable beds, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and reserved parking. Welcome to our beautiful Art Deco apartment in the heart of Melbourne. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is perfect for couples, families, and small groups. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a charming Art Deco building, providing lovely leafy street views.

The apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances and a dishwasher, perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal. The living room has a comfortable top-of-the-range queen-size bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a reverse cycle air-conditioner/heater. The bedrooms include two queen-size beds with fresh linen and towels provided. The modern bathroom features a shower and complimentary toiletries to get you started.

For families with young children, we have a baby cot available upon request at no additional charge (24 hours notice required).

Step out onto the small balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while overlooking the beautiful street view. The apartment also includes a dining table with 4 chairs and an outdoor table with 2 chairs.

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Additional amenities include a 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer.

Free parking is available for up to 2 cars.

The apartment is located in a fantastic central location, within walking distance to everything! Just a short walk or tram ride away, you'll find the local Coles supermarket, restaurants, bars, and fashionable shopping along Chapel St. The beach is only a 12-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the sun and sand. Visit the iconic Luna Park or attend the Australian Tennis Open, both within easy reach of the apartment. Other popular attractions such as the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Museum, Crown Entertainment Complex, and Melbourne Cricket Ground are just a short distance away.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and there are no parties or functions allowed.

Check-in is at 3.00 PM and check-out is at 10.00 AM.

The apartment is situated in and Old St Kilda ART Deco style building and there is no elevator. The apartment is on level 2 so there are a few flights of stairs.

Parking: note. the driveway to the parking is very narrow and not suitable for large vehicles larger than an SUV.

Stairs: the apartment is situated in and Old St Kilda ART Deco style building and there is no elevator. The apartment is on level 2 so there are a few flights of stairs.

Note: the fireplace isn't functional and his ornamental only.

We only provide a "starter pack of amenities to get you through the first night or so.

Please respect our neighbours at all times

Please be respectful of the property, keep it clean, and return it the same way you received it - i.e. take out the rubbish, wash up any used dishes etc. If there are excessive amounts of rubbish and/or dirty dishes left inside the apartment, extra cleaning fees may apply.

No parties or events at any time. If you're coming to Melbourne to party, you've picked a great city to do so - just not at our place. Though we're sure it won't come to it, complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law, not so much one of our rules.

Do not tamper with any smoke alarms. Tampering with the smoke alarms will result in fines up to $15,000.
If you break or damage something, please do the responsible thing and let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.

Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned keys/ Fobs/ remotes. Upto $500

No noise, loud music, screaming, loud talking outside or inside anytime.

Any breach of these rules may result in the loss of your deposit and the immediate cancellation of your booking.

Please note that we have strict rules as this is a residential building and our personal property. While some of them may seem obvious to you, they are not so obvious to others and we therefore must have a strict policy regarding them. Common decency and respect for others' property is essentially all we're asking.
