D E S C R I P T I O N
Sunrise at Huskisson (Husky) is without a doubt, one of Huskisson’s premier beach front apartments. This brand new, and beautifully styled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, provides stunning views of the clear blue waters of Jervis Bay. Located across from Huskisson Beach (a favourite swimming spot for locals), you will leave here longing to return to this paradise, time and time again.
Sunrise is NOT pet friendly.
B E D R O O M S ~ & ~ B A T H R O O M S
The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe and water views.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and built in robe
The third bedroom has a two single beds, and built-in robe. Bedrooms two and three have a peaceful bush outlook
Bathrooms: Two in total. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower, and the ensuite has a shower. Both have heated towel rails.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with ocean views. The glass doors of the east facing deck open up to give a feeling of all being one with the indoor living space. You will love relaxing on the deck simply enjoying the water views, or a spot of people watching, of those below walking, running or cycling along the popular path to Huskisson.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, Breville Barista coffee machine and quality appliances. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans so you will feel right at home in this kitchen.

The comfortable living area has a Smart Tv and Sonos Bluetooth, and this area opens out to the sunny deck area which has two oversized armchairs to relax in, as well as a spacious outdoor dining table and seating

Sunrise at Huskisson really is the perfect holiday location. With the beautiful Huskisson Beach just steps across the road, you are also just a short walk from Huskisson town centre, where you have plenty of dining options, whether it be a nice restaurant for dinner, or a more casual breakfast or brunch. There are lots of cafes with good food and good coffee, as well as some delightful boutique clothing and homeware shops. The shared walking/bike path is in front of the apartment complex, and you can walk or ride to Huskisson town centre in one direction and to Plantation Pt in the other direction. Children’s playgrounds just a short walk away There are also Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, and the town of Vincentia are all only a 5 - 10 minute drive.
