Beautiful serene private villa surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of the birds sitting by the private pool with your morning coffee.
There is also private parking on the premises.
Walking distance to the bakery for freshly baked goods and supermarket.
2 restaurants are located by the supermarket and bakery.
It's a 5-minute drive to Amoussa Beach which has a restaurant on the beach if you wish to have refreshments or something to eat. The beach provides lounge chairs and umbrellas for a fee if you wish to use them.
There is a variety of restaurants in the area for one to experience.
Horse Riding facilities nearby, Hiking and boat rental areas.

Holidays on Lefkada

- House with 3 double beds and 1 single bed - When we booked, we, 3 couples and a single person, assumed that there would be 3 double rooms and 1 single room with this description. Unfortunately, the third double bed did not have its own room, but was on a gallery in the living, dining and kitchen area of ​​the house and could be seen from every corner of the room. Unfortunately, there was no privacy for this couple. What made things even more difficult was that you had to share the smallest bathroom with a single person. If you don't have a problem with that, you will find a beautiful, clean house in an ideal location. It is very quiet and idyllic and yet restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bed linen and towels were changed after 4 days and the entire house was cleaned. Except for the missing third double room, we were very satisfied with everything, including the on-site service.

Nice house with nice pool

The view from the terrace over the pool is nice and having the pool next to the house is also great. Nice welcome and great communication with the agency. Quiet rural area. Only 5 minutes drive to the next beach which is extremely crowded ( August ). Long drive ( 50-60 minutes) to the great beaches on the west coast of the island. Nice new bathrooms with showers. Very good new air condition in every room. Midweek cleaning and fresh towels was nice to have. Unfortunately the discription of the house in the advertisement is not correct. There is no dishwasher which is a bit of a surprise in a house that size. The fourth bedroom is a gallery and open. There is no BBQ. Be careful with the pool. The chlorine of the water reacts with sun lotion and the stuff you wear has different colours after the swim ( never had that before). The cutlery and the dishes are okay but it would be nice to have some stuff that is not bought at IKEA. The beds need new mattresses! You can feel the springs of the mattresses in all bedrooms while laying on them. Since we were only 3 people, we were able to put some mor toppers on our beds by stripping the other beds. My brother who stayed at the house 2 weeks before us ( 5 people) couldn’t rearrange the beds and they were suffering.

Left property! Dirty, run down,outdated, mold in bathroom, shower not working correctly, smelled like animal,air condition not working- dirty filters never cleaned.Expedia no help. Mold mold Outdoor furniture disgusting with stains Owner in Canada says our standards too high. Pictures are Fraud
