Our studio is architecturally designed to get the most room out of the space.

The Adelaide CBD is renowned for many cafes, restaurants (The Greek Restaurant around the corner) bars and shops including all entertainment venues, an easy walk or jump on the tram.

Convenient pay and display ticket parking across the road.



The Space:

After your booking is confirmed you will be provided a boarding pass link from Airbnb’s trusted partner, ENSO Connect.

Please note that a $550 security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not held by us) is required as part of the booking process. Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a $55 damage waiver.



Our modern fully air conditioning studio, with its own private entrance includes open plan

living, a luxurious King bed, full kitchen and bathroom with a full size washing machine and dryer.

Free wifi and smart TV, and your own dedicated study nook.

Sit back with a morning coffee (from the pod machine) on your front patio with glass sliding security doors and enjoy a great time in Adelaide.



Travel cot and high chair available at request with a fee.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole studio.

The Adelaide CBD is filled with famous restaurants and bars. Feel free to ask the host's for recommendations if you're struggling to find somewhere.



Getting Around:

Public transport close by (Bus and trams).

Train station located a 5 minute tram ride away.

Walking distance to Rundle Mall for shopping.
