Cozy beach front cottage!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The house was just right for the four of us - and incredibly dog friendly! It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The porch is a perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you listen to the waves. I would absolutely come back!

Cute and peaceful

Overall, for the location, couldn't have asked for a better location or experience. Location was quaint and enjoyable overall. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a few days away from responsibilities.

Charming oceanfront cottage

This cottage is a gem! Light, airy and soooo relaxing. The furnishings are perfect - everywhere you look there is something charming to catch your eye. The layout of the house was perfect for us (3 adults). The boardwalk to the beach makes it private, and the beach is breathtaking. We stayed two nights to recover from a long drive before a grueling week. It was perfect!

Vintage Beach House

We LOVED this beautiful beach retreat! It has a unique 1930's/40s vintage flair with period furnishings and accessories! It is a very beloved home and it has been well maintained and preserved! Great back porch with comfy furnishings! Beds great too! Everything was clean and neat! Could not have been more pleased and we will be back!! Thank you so much!

Splendid oceanfront cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach front cottage. The house was clean, bright and open. The covered deck was wonderful, with comfortable furniture, lovely views of the dunes and the sounds of crashing waves. I really liked the large, updated bathroom shower featuring a powerful spray of hot water. The mid-island location was ideal, being close to restaurants, stores, and Egan's Greenway. My only criticism is that I would have liked the kitchen to have a Keurig coffee machine.

Cute and cozy beachfront cottage

We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features specific to this property. The little fenced in area on one side of the house was great for our dog to be able to be let off leash while she did her business. The separate deck space behind the house was great because I was able to be on the covered back porch in the shade while my daughter and her friends worked on their tans on the lounge chairs in the separate deck area. We also appreciated the on-site property manager, Dennis. He was accessible 24/7 and left us his cell number in case we needed anything. We were impressed with the location as well because it is directly on the beach and is a short drive from downtown Fernandina as well as newer stores such as Walmart, Publix, fast food, and gas stations, as well as Fort Clinch (great place to hunt for sharks’ teeth and do some biking), a miniature golf place, an ice cream shop, and multiple restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep this house on our list for future visits.

Perfection

The house was exactly what was advertised. Location was great. House was spotless. Beds were super comfy. Check in/out was a breeze. This is the best beach trip I’ve ever had. This house was stocked with literally everything we needed. Everything was so well thought out. Just the most perfect little vacation home! 10/10. Will definitely stay again!
