Cimicky House - Homestead Oasis - Lyndoch

The historic home was once the residence of Charles Cimicky himself. Positioned in an oasis of lush gardens and surrounded by vineyards you have full privacy and an abundance of space to enjoy, while still being a step away from Cimickys’ cellar door.

Whether playing in the pool in summer or having a bottle of red by the fireplace in winter, Cimicky House has been thoughtfully set up to be the perfect family getaway.
Each space throughout the home has been beautifully designed with quality furnishings. With a beautiful farmhouse style kitchen overlooking the stunning pool, and vineyards further on.

The living room is open plan with large windows looking out to the pool and garden. There is also a cosy second living area and a loft area for the teens to escape to!

There are 4 separate bedrooms. 2 queen suites, one with two lovely double beds and the third with 3 king single beds (plus the change table etc for those little family members). If you do not require the large 4th bedroom please let us know and we may be able to reduce your price.

The main bathroom has a huge shower and one of a kind freestanding bath tub! The second bathroom is accessible for the whole family.
The combination of a wood fire and evaporative cooling will assist in keeping your cool or cosy no matter the weather. For those chilly winter nights we have included extra blankets and room heaters to assist in keeping our guests snug!

As a part of our hosting we provide quality linen, bath towels and firewood. Please note you will need to bring your own towels for the pool. Please let our host know if you require the additional room, or discuss with them if you are unsure.

There is parking space in the driveway and close by in the guest park for around 5 cars.

We are open to considering small gatherings (under 20 people) strictly upon receiving prior approval.

It`s expected that guests will practice water and fire safety at all times while enjoying our amenities.

PLEASE NOTE: We have limited water onsite and our new vines require the majority of what we have, this means that our beautiful tropical garden is suffering a bit - we have reduced our pricing to reflect this.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
