Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities
- We have a firm check-out time at 10AM
- We cannot provide late check-out

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure
Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels
- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

POOL HEATER:
Optional Pool/Spa Heat Fee: USD35 per day (tax included)
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.

BBQ Grill
We rent grill from equipment rental company. It's delivered to home with full propane.

Three burners Grill is USD85/week (tax included) and USD15 for each additional day.
Four burners Grill is USD105/week (tax included) and USD15 for each additional day.
Please let us know which type of grill you would like to reserve.

- Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is USD45/hr

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.

Windsor Island Resort is a NEW RESORT, you might see some construction nearby.

Please note that a USD75 administration fee will be applied if you cancel the reservation.
