Imagine walking out to the sunshine filled deck with coffee in hand each morning and gazing across to the majestic waters of the Murray flowing gently downstream. Imagine lazy summer days by the pool, chilly winter nights by the fire, Autumn leaves falling, spring flowers blooming. You probably think you can only achieve all of this in a remote rural location. But this is your life when staying at the Tree House on the Murray, a mere four minutes drive to the local IGA, eight minutes from all the fabulous restaurants, cafes and retail shops of central Albury.

With direct access to the Murray River, this overwhelmingly picturesque property features five roomy bedrooms; three downstairs serviced by a main bathroom with large corner bath, and two more bedrooms upstairs with a second bathroom. There are also two chic living areas and a beautiful country kitchen which budding chefs will delight in as so well equipped. It is aptly named as two gorgeous gum trees are the stars of the show in the living area and weave their way from floor to ceiling to add the wow factor to this space.

But wait theres more! Head outside to the sun soaked deck to experience outdoor entertaining at its best. There is a large screen TV and lounges to view all your fave weekend sporting events, a separate outdoor entertaining area complete with woodfired pizza oven and sun lounges, an inviting inground saltwater pool, and the pice de resistance- a pool house featuring a bar and ping pong table to keep the young and young at heart occupied!

The air conditioner is reverse cycle for heating and cooling and we also have two radiators in the kitchen and lounge room in addition to the slow combustion fire to ensure you're toasty warm in winter.

Important things to note:
Definitely NO dogs allowed; unfortunately its too risky with the cattle on the property to have dogs so please respect this rule.
There is a delightful winding staircase to get to the second floor; it is not great for the oldies and toddlers so please be mindful of this.
All the bathing water is sourced directly from the Murray River and is safe to drink, but there is ample filtered water in the dispenser for all guests to use.
All firewood is supplied for the indoor slow combustion burner, and the outside woodfired pizza oven.
The long driveway in to the property can get muddy at times with a few small potholes; we dont recommend low to the ground two wheel drives.
There are two lovely caretakers for the property who live in a caravan on the property and tend to the cattle. Their space is not visible from the house and they will not get in your way but are available if you need anything.
