Privately set back from the vibrant energy of Lovedale Road, Saltwater Creek Estate serenely takes advantage of its primary location surrounded by Award-Winning vineyards, cellar doors and restaurants and moments from the airport, golf courses and concert venues. Located only 2 hours from Sydney and 45 minutes from Newcastle, it’s an effortless journey to make your next destination Saltwater Creek Estate.
 
As you arrive through the newly nurtured boutique vineyard, the signature style of the home is immediately evident however, it is not until opening the front door that the true “wow factor” of the property is revealed.
 
Specifically designed with small, premium guest stays in mind, Saltwater Creek Estate is perfect to host up to 16 guests with multiple living, dining, and entertaining spaces both inside and out. Sophisticated and elevated interiors have been beautifully curated to feel unique, relaxed, and effortless, yet this property is feature packed making it an ideal destination and layout for corporate retreats, board meetings, milestones occasions, family celebrations or friends’ reunions. Saltwater Creek Estate stays allow you to work, celebrate and play together but also, when needed, find the spaces and places to rest and retreat.
 
Saltwater Creek Estate has at its’ heart, an expansive, central living dining and entertainment room. This huge lifestyle space has vaulted, cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchen, 20-seater dining table, deluxe sitting room with fireplace, glorious artwork, and floor to ceiling glass doors that look out to the lush, manicured garden and bushland views beyond. In the warmer months, these can be pushed back to create a seamless experience between the interior and outdoors.  Spoilt for choice of places to gather, guests will love the central lounge area and appreciate the master craftsmanship of the glorious, central, hand-honed sandstone woodburning fireplace.
 
When dining and bringing your special guests together is top of your list, Saltwater Creek has this taken care of. Feel like a master chef within the dramatic black and marble kitchen with butler’s pantry or, for a restaurant experience, enjoy being spoilt on a night in with your Hunter Valley Private Chef catering to your inner gourmand! But wait, there’s more… continue your culinary journey to the outdoor terrace kitchen equipped with hooded BBQ, prep station, mini bar fridge, pellet smoker for slow roasting, all to be enjoyed at the covered entertaining area with 10 seater dining table and TV.
 
And when you have wined and dined to your hearts content, your entertainment will continue in Saltwater’s movie room. Wrap around lounges beckon you to settle in with a dessert wine, ice-cream, popcorn, and chocolates and select from the array of movies and shows presented on the big TV screen. With High Speed Wi-Fi, and Sonos accompanying, you’ll be transported to whichever place, time, game or story you choose.
 
Off the central living, dining rooms and entertainment rooms are two wings. The east wing has a gorgeous master bedroom with king bed, ensuite with designer bathtub and rain shower. There is also a study for the times you need to be inspired and keep the work flowing.
 
The west wing has a guest powder room, 6 luxurious king bedrooms all designed to be havens with their own bathroom and beds that cocoon you. This wing also features a unique, open plan billiard room with billiard table, TV and a custom built, double bed “bunk” – the perfect quarters for two children or two adults to rest in. And, if you must on holidays, there is a laundry room that will have you rinsing and spinning at the touch of a button. 
 
The exterior of the property is as fabulous as the interior. A series of open plan landscaping present a glistening pool and terrace with seated area, a huge fire pit and a hand crafted pizza oven. And what you may not know is all pizza ovens were not created equal. Saltwater Creek Estate’s epic woodfired pizza oven is truly special.  It takes a number of hours to heat and prepare but then provides the most amazing pizzas with smoky, earthy flavours and an Italian crunchy crust that makes entertaining a large group effortless and so much fun! The manicured gardens and grass are so seriously lush, taking your shoes off is a must! Beyond these outdoor areas, take a stroll through the fruit trees to the dam with pontoon for an afternoon beverage, to feed the fish or just as a spot to daydream as you take in the native Lovedale landscape.
 
We know your stay at Saltwater Creek will exceed your expectations and bring you joy as you feel the luxury and relaxation only a property of this calibre can give.
 
Please Note: We understand this Estate presents as the ideal location for functions, weddings, and parties however, Saltwater Creek Owners have lovingly prepared this property for Guest Accommodation stays only and have a strictly No Events Policy to ensure the property is not made into a venue and is respectful of their neighbours.
 
Security As with many of our large rural estates, Saltwater Creek Estate has full security and is monitored by cameras. The cameras record both audio and video. Saltwater Creek has one security camera within the central guest area only and the rest of the cameras are positioned on the exterior of the property. Please note the cameras are not monitored and footage is only used to verify any bond issues or for the protection of the property externally.
 
Children For guest families with children, please note there is a large dam onsite that is not fenced, and supervision of children will be always required.

TARIFFS**
Weekend - (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests (adults or children) $3,376 per night
Midweek - (Mon - Thu) minimum 2 nights for up to 16 guests (adults or children) $2,532 per night
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $3000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
