El condominio Colony Surf está ubicado en el lado este de Waikiki, en lo que se llama la "Costa de Oro", justo en la playa junto a un club privado de canoas. El condominio está cruzando la calle desde el parque Kapiolani y cerca del zoológico de Honolulu y el acuario de Waikiki. Con una tranquila playa de arena en la puerta de atrás y el mundialmente famoso restaurante Michel's en el edificio, tendrás todo lo que necesitas para una experiencia memorable en Waikiki, Hawai. Si eres aventurero, un corto paseo al corazón de Waikiki te llevará a otros restaurantes y tiendas. Una ventana frente al mar lo llevará a una hermosa vista de Diamond Head, el océano y la playa con cocoteros. La brisa marina se suma al ambiente del auténtico Hawai. Esta unidad tiene una cama queen size y un sofá cama para un huésped adicional. Interior clásico moderno con una sala de lavandería dentro de la unidad para mayor comodidad.

Con su alquiler se incluyen llamadas locales gratuitas, Internet WiFi y televisión por cable básica y puesto de estacionamiento.
Debido a la regla de construcción, el aire acondicionado no está instalado en la unidad.

-Michel's en el Colony Surf estará cerrado por renovación en febrero, marzo y este otoño de 2018.
La renovación se reiniciará nuevamente en primavera y otoño de 2019.

Great condo and location.

Very nicely appointed, clean, great kitchen. Stayed for 2 months. Would go back or recommend to anyone looking for a Gold Coast location.

Stunning views, amazing beachfront location

Condo has everything you need for the perfect Oahu trip. Panoramic views of the ocean & Diamond Head, with a secluded beach for watching stunning sunsets. Ideal location in a quieter beachfront part of Honolulu, but still walking distance to all the best restaurants, hotels, & bars downtown. Management was very helpful and was quick to address any questions. Would absolutely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Colony Surf many times. Every visit has been excellent, including this one. This particular unit is outstanding. It is on a lower floor so the volleyball courts can get loud early, particularly on weekends.

Great stay for a month

This property was everything we needed for a month stay. It wasn’t right on Waikiki where everything is always a hustle and bustle…yet it was close enough to walk if we needed to. View is great with big open windows. Kitchen was spacious enough to cook full meals as needed. The parking spot was CLUTCH. Hopefully this property will be available when we come back! We’d stay here again without a doubt.

Perfect Hawaiian escape. Tasteful 900 square foot condo with all the conveniences. Wake up every morning to the magnificent views of the Ocean and Diamond Head. The full length of the window seat to lounge on was great. The trade winds were great and air conditioning wasn't needed. Throw in convenient stress free parking,an elevator that takes less than a minute,I could go on, and on. Perfect stress free vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very nice. We were to rent the penthouse and were advised five days before leaving there was water leaking from the roof in the bathroom ceiling over the light. We were advised they would give us a discount if we stayed there. We asked if it was safe, do the lights work etc. Then they said we couldn’t stay there. The management company did not offer an alternative except cancel which we would lose money on flight, hotel,transfer. We looked at their properties and WE came up with solution. We were not advised of the jack hammering and drilling next door before we rented. This work was scheduled from January to March and the clerk at the desk said everyone was advised. Being on the third floor we had to leave the condo on several occasions as we could not bear the noise. The management company was difficult to deal with, rude and had great difficulty understanding English. We will be contacting Hawaii better business and the colony surf condo board as I am certain they would not be happy having the company rent in unsafe conditions.

Very Nice Studio Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent the month of October 2019. Overall this is a very nice place to stay. The interior is beautiful and well equipped including beach chairs a cooler and a clothes drying rack. Parking was also included in the price (a big plus). I much enjoyed the ocean view from the window seat. Management was very responsive both before an during our stay. We had a couple of minor issues after we arrived which they remedied right away. A few things you should be aware of. There is no AC so it got fairly warm during the day but, thanks to cross ventilation, it was tolerable. (Should be no problem in the cooler months). The mattress is very firm which was alright with us but some may prefer a softer one. And finally it can be somewhat noisy in the evening at times due to the proximity of the canoe and Elks club and restaurant downstairs. This was the only reason we did not give it five stars.

Very maintenanced condo

We loved this condo.Plus We usually drive a lot,it is easy to park and safe. Waikiki area is very troublesome to park, so this condition is so rare. Only bad thing is noise(vollyball) of canoe club next to this condo. But on the other hand, we could enjoy music from that club either. Sofa smells sweat and drying machine was on the blink so we did not use. But more than that,it was really good location and property.

It was great having full tile floors when coming back from the beach-- which is right downstairs. Can't beat the location. Myland Hawaii did an excellent job assisting me with my stay, the service was friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend highly!
