Cafes/restaurants/10 hotels/public parks/surf beaches & CBD all within a very short level walk. There is a fully stocked FoodWorks grocery supermarket for supplies just 40m away on Scott St!
Other things to note;
Famous Newcastle East End Ice Creamery is only 35m towards the beach on Zaara St.
The 2 balconies are set up for dining/drinks & relaxing just watching the world pass by.

Parks & free BBQs are just a short level stroll.
Convenient location for guests wanting to attend events at the "McDonald Jones Stadium" at Broadmeadow as it's only 20 min by public transport!
