The central living room is a spacious double-height area with comfortable sofa seating and large screen TV for relaxing together. Cable TV and high speed internet are included. There is a second living area upstairs, offering plenty of space to spread out.

The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar as well as dining table that seats 8. Or why not dine outdoors?

The private pool deck faces west enjoying sunshine throughout the afternoon, plus view to conservation land. Splash around in your own pool or sink into the bubbling spa. There are loungers for soaking up the sun, or a covered shaded area with table and chairs.
Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. BBQ available - guest responsibility to clean / provide propane, or $45 to cover preparation for you.

This home offers 3 master bedrooms. The first is located downstairs at the rear of the home, boasting a king bed and ensuite with access to the pool deck. The second master is downstairs, also with a king bed, towards the front of the home.
The third master bedroom is located upstairs, with king size bed and large ensuite. Also upstairs are two themed rooms that the children will love – Mickey Mouse with a queen and bunk beds, then Harry Potter with two full beds. Every bedroom has its own television, ceiling fan, plus access to its own bathroom.

The gated community of Paradise Palms is a luxurious resort with a large variety of high-class amenities exciting for those of all ages. The stunning clubhouse features a front desk concierge, fitness center, 50-seat cinema, arcade/games room and small store for essentials.
