Summary:
Enjoy the chill-camp ambiance of nature and spend your holidays at Briggs' Bluff View at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians' Edge. A treasured off-grid tiny house located at the back of our property for mountain views. Our park has well-equipped cabins and tiny houses. We are situated within an easy drive from the heart of the Grampians, offering an ideal place to relax whilst taking in the beauty of the majestic mountain ranges.
The Space:
Briggs' Bluff View is located in the holiday park of Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians' Edge with many guest amenities that add great value to your stay. Located in Grampians National Park over 100,000 hectares large. A popular tourist destination known for its deep gorges, stunning weathered rock formations, waterfalls, and abundant wildflowers.
Planning to explore the park? Explore on foot instead of using your vehicle and be part of our commitment in reducing carbon footprint. Halls Gap is only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mackenzie Falls, Venus Baths, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a private mountain view, filtered water, a diesel heater, a kitchenette (including a fridge), cooking equipment, and private ensuite. This includes linens and towels you can use. The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an OFF-grid tiny house. While it does have a heater, there are no cooling capabilities (no air-conditioning unit) apart from natural breezes, and there are no internal power outlets.
As an added note, there are other cabins and tiny houses rented out. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility.

ATTENTION TO ALL GUESTS! We’re excited to announce that Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge warmly welcomes pets! Only Briggs Bluff View features a fenced area for your furry friends. If you have pet allergies, we suggest choosing one of our other pet-free tiny houses on the property for your comfort.
Please note that this tiny house operates off-grid on solar energy. We encourage guests to conserve energy during the day and use heating sources judiciously in the winter to avoid power outages. Overall, minimal energy consumption is advised.
Guests can access the communal facilities and 14-acre park, including the following amenities:
- Laundry
- Camp Kitchen
- Swimming pool
- Communal firepit
- Recreation room
- Communal gas BBQs
- Local Tennis Courts

Briggs Bluff View is located at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge, in the Grampians National Park. Hiking trails, 4WD tracks, mountain biking trails, fishing, and kayaking are a few of things you can enjoy. Making it the perfect tiny house Victoria getaway in Australia. Stawell, Halls Gap, and Horsham are just a few of the nearby towns in the area.
What’s more, the holiday park is closest to Beehive Falls (30 mins or back access road for 4WD), Lake Lonsdale and Lake Fyans for the water enthusiasts.
From the East/outbound Adelaide, you can shop at Horsham first, and check out Cheeky Fox Cafe on the main street. And from West/outbound Melbourne, Woolworths is in the main street, and check out the NEW highway cafe, Frankz - takeaway or dine in meals.

- Boroka Lookout in the Grampians offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
- Venus Baths is the ideal location for scenic walks with several deeper rock pools to explore.
- Halls Gap Zoo, Victoria's premier regional zoo, offers lots of opportunities to see Meerkats, Rhinoceros, Giraffes, and Dingoes.
- MacKenzie Falls Lookout is one of the largest waterfalls in Victoria. The walk to the base of the falls is 2km down many steps so be prepared for a hike back up.
- Grampians National Park is the main attraction near our caravan park, with hiking trails to explore waterfalls, breathtaking mountain views, and encounters with native wildlife
- Broken Falls Walk has beautiful views of the upper section of the Mackenzie Falls. The 500m walk is wheelchair friendly and one of the best spots to see the impressive Mackenzie River Gorge.
- The Pinnacle Lookout has a number of different walking options to reach The Pinnacle. The easiest route is from the Sundial car park and it ascends via Devils Gap. This is the best route for families with young children. Please advise that it is a 4.2 km trail.
Getting Around:
By car: 3 hrs from Melbourne
By public transport: Nearest train station is "Ararat Railway Station", take bus to "Dadswell Bridge Motel" and then walk 10 mins (800m) to the property

- Please turn off lights and electronics, and remember to close windows and lock doors when leaving.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed (maximum of 2). A surcharge of $30 per pet, per stay is payable at check-in. Pets must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking.
