The bell tent offers a queen bed with linens and pillows, interior seating (full sofa), solar power for basic electronics and charging, fan, access to games, outdoor BBQ, fire pit, Muskoka chairs, picnic table and basic cooking utensils.

The first round of firewood is provided and additional firewood can be purchased on site. Please do not bring external firewood to the property as it can transfer disease.

The property is also located just under an hour from Bancroft and 1.5 hours from Bon Echo Provincial Park. The local marina has basic food supplies, camping supplies, and Kawartha Dairy ice cream.
