From the moment you step inside this luxury waterfront home, you’ll find yourself immersed in tropical richness with floor-to-ceiling windows bathing the space in natural light. Choose from unwinding on the plush sofas or sitting outside under a fan’s cool breeze, sipping away immersed in Darwin’s natural beauty.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to kick back with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensuring comfort year round. Whether it’s streaming one of your favourite shows on the central TV, working remotely on the dedicated workspace or sitting at the extendable dining table and enjoying a meal together. With incredible cuisine options less than a two-minute walk away, you’re spoilt for options; but if you're wanting to spend the night in, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the premium appliances and utensils. You can also choose to cook up a storm on the balcony featuring an outdoor BBQ hotplate.

The spacious master bedroom has a plush queen bed, while the second bedroom sleeps three in bunk beds, with a single on top and a double on the bottom. The master bedroom has an ensuite attached with dual vanities while there is also a second bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. For added convenience, there is also in-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for two cars.

We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.

Darwin is arguably home to some of Australia’s most pristine beaches. But there’s only one problem: it’s not safe to swim. Luckily, located just 200-metres from the stay, is the recreational lagoon. It’s the perfect spot to spend the day staying cool under the tropical sun. Just below the apartment block, you’ll find a multitude of options to dine at. Begin your day by getting your caffeine fix from the friendly staff at Darwin’s Waterfront Cafe. Later, walk for two minutes where you’ll find Wharf One Food & Wine. Here, expect a casual dining experience, with stunning waterfront views. The menu is seasonal but you can be sure to find some quality - and local - seafood always on offer.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
