Esta es una casa adosada de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños a solo unos pasos de la playa. 4 camas individuales, juego de literas gemelas, 2futones y dos camas supletorias. Hay televisores en todos los dormitorios y un televisor de 65 pulgadas en la sala de estar con dos sofás reclinables. En el garaje hay suficientes sillas de playa para 20 personas. También una serie de colchonetas de playa y juguetes. Parrilla a gas de 3 quemadores. La cocina está equipada con vasos, platos, tazas, ollas y sartenes para cocinar cualquier cosa.

Para su seguridad, extintor de incendios en cada piso, así como detectores de humo fuera de la casa. La casa también está conectada con alarmas directamente al departamento de bomberos, que está a menos de una milla de distancia. También hay un botiquín de primeros auxilios en la cocina encima del refrigerador.

Hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Tabla de planchar y plancha. Y jabón de lavar.

Freddie our host was wonderful and a great communicator. My overall impression was a Very large home with a garage accommodating for our entire fury Family,Three flights of stairs with a wonderful ocean front view through out the home , Kitchen had all small appliances needed with very spacious bedrooms and living room!! Very busy T-intersection down the stairs and outside in front. locals and neighbors were very kind as well. Beach access is feet in front of us from our front door!! Perfect for easy quick access. Very pet friendly area! Thank you very much for all!!

Great spot for family gathering

VERY WELL equipped space in terms of furnishings and kitchen. VERY comfortable for myself and my 3 adult kids. Plenty of space to gather but also to have alone time! Definitely recommend and plan to return!!Fred does a great job communicating and checking in!

The best vacation

This property was amazing!! There was everything you would need for the beach. The kitchen was also stocked with good pots, pans and silverware. The amount of room this property had was more than enough. We will be back!!

Exceptional Week

The property was well suited for a large family across generations, withl literally everything we needed and more. Highly recommend, as the location was great, and the versatility of the space with four bedrooms, each with a full bath plus additional sleeping options was amazing. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, eating in, and eating out in a relaxed atmosphere. And Fred was an attentive and kind host!

Beautiful Beach Home

Mr. Green was awesome. He was very easy to get along with and very friendly. The house is awesome also. Very spacious and very clean. Beautiful scenery of the beach and pier. Mr Green had everything there at the house, such as Beach chairs, grille, silverware, toiletry, beach games. Etc. Could not ask for more. We will be back!!!!!!!

Hands down the best

Hands down this was the best property we have ever stayed at during our beach trips. There were plenty (a ton) of beach toys, chairs, etc… so we saved on space in not bringing any of our own. The rental was furnished with modern furnishings, BIG beds and BIG TV’s in every bedroom. We went bigger this year so more family could stay and it was well worth it. Communication with the host was very quick and easy if we had a question. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for” and in this place, you get plenty plus WAY MORE.

Family fishing/beach trip

Loved staying here and love working with the owner. It has everything you need and more. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. I am just now writing my review cause I usually forget. We need a garage cause of having a place for fishing supplies. Fred even supplied cooler and other stuff. Plenty of beach chairs too. Love Kure Beach and love staying in his units. The pier and Resturant's are close by. Love sitting out listening to the waves and viewing the ocean with my cup of coffee. Even got out early enough to see sunrise one morning. Can't wait till this October for our next trip. I would recommend this unit to everyone. Thanks for letting this be our beach home for a week.

The pictures online do not show how wonderful this place is. It has clearly been updated in every room. They say that no place is perfect but this place is super close. We were not able to take full advantage of all the features and amenities that this place has to offer but the Marriott Courtyard just lost a long term customer. I will only be staying here when I come back to the area. The host Freddie was so friendly and accessible. The Condo was very clean and spacious. The surrounding restaurants were very good. There is so much that I could say but I would need to write a book. We came here for 5 night to escape due to the stress that life can bring. And it was truly just what we needed. There were a few little things here and there but the Pros super exceed the Cons. I will absolutely be recommending this property and location to all of my coworkers as well as my family as the perfect getaway spot to absolutely enjoy everything that the area has to offer.

Large, clean, close to beach and pier

We were very impressed with the condo! Plenty of space and things on hand to make our stay comfortable (beach chairs, boogie/skim boards, a cooler) and a full stocked kitchen. We only found that we needed cooking ingredients, double insulated cups for the beach, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. We brought these items with us so it wasn't an issue. The full sized washer and dryer was handy to keep our towels clean and do some mid-week laundry. It was very clean and comfortable. We noticed some water staining on the shower doors but the bathrooms were clean so not a big deal. Perfect view of the Kure pier and beach. We esp loved reclining in the chairs on the "crows nest" off the master bedroom in the evening. It was a perfect spot for my teenagers to walk to Kure Beach for ice cream and hang out at the pier. Good for the adults to walk across the street and relax at the beach or take walks on the pier, boardwalks and beach. It was nice to have the space for everyone to eat together at the large table and the game table was fun, too. We went to the aquarium, rented a boat on the intercoastal and ventured into historic Wilmington. It's a beautiful area and we will definitely go back. I highly recommend this rental for a larger group. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, linens provided. We brought our own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) and picked up ice a few times as the ice maker couldn't keep up with 8 people. Nice to have the extra fridge downstairs in the 2nd kitchenette.

Fall Family Time

This is the second property of Freddie’s that we have stayed at. We absolutely love it. It is the best location on Kure Beach, Freddie has the home stocked with basically everything you will need and even more that you didn’t know you need. He is a wonderful host, very responsive and wants you to have a nice time while you are there. Hope to return again next year!

Beautiful home and everything new! We had all we needed there. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Great view of the ocean and pier and a minute walk to beach. Short walk to restaurants convenience store bar boardwalk and pier. Short drive to amusement park and many other restaurants. House was beautifully decorated and kitchen was stocked with everything thing we could have asked for!! Beach chairs there and gas grill too. Our family enjoyed our stay. Would give it a 5 star!!

Amazing!!!

We stayed at this property for our beach wedding. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this home is. It is well stocked with everything you need and just steps away from the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were plenty of very nice Tommy Bahamas chairs available. We plan to rent this property again in the future. Other VRBO hosts can learn lots from Fred. His communication was great too! The beds were comfortable too, which means a lot to us.

Fantastic rental!

The townhome was fully stocked with everything from a crockpot, to beach chairs, to hand soap. It was very clean and you couldn’t beat the location….just steps away from the beach. I would totally stay here again.

The owner just happened to be there and gave us a check in tour. Condo was very nice and stocked with just about anything you would need. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
