Beautiful views, warm welcome

Lakeside bliss with stunning views, few minutes’ drive to 90 miles beach. Very clean and comfortable property, great secure backyard for our puppy. Great welcome package that made us feel at home.

My aim is to provide the best possible experience and I hope to assist if an issue arises when it's a problem, so you're stay is as issue-free as possible my apologies for the towel; I am ensuring that availability of towels is addressed going forward. With regards to toilet paper, I am also ensuring that it is clearly outlined where spare rolls are stored for guests. I hope you enjoyed your welcome pack, the comfortable bedding, heating and the well lit driveway and house for your arrival.

Comfortable house

We were a group of 7 adults, child of 3yo and an Aussie bulldog. We enjoyed our stay as the house had just about everything you needed to be self catered. We found the house clean with bedding and towels for everyone, a well stocked kitchen and endless hot water which was great for our large group. The only negative was that there were no power points in either bathroom and no other mirror near a power point so it was fun blow drying your hair blind! Most beds were comfortable but the futon downstairs which smelled a bit musty. With so much space downstairs you could easily put a decent sofa bed down there. Other than these small things we had a very enjoyable week away to relax and sight see the beautiful beaches in the area and the amazing sunsets at night. Lots of wildlife to spot from the back deck too.

Lovely thoughtful Extras

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lochsport and really appreciated the generous welcome pack. The bedding is European style, ie no top sheet. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a hair dryer provided, but unfortunately there was no powerpoint in the bathroom or near a mirror. We took some time to get the TV to work and think it was the remote. We had no luck being able to adjust the volume. Even after swapping batteries from another device, it made no difference. We also had an issue with the code provided. Using the code information on the Stayz site did not enable us to open the keylock. After several attempts, I had a look to see if I had received any other information. It was then that I found an email from our host which provided a code for the keylock which was the correct code. Perhaps the Stayz inbox msg was providing an out of date code. Despite the couple of minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation, location, thoughtful extras and the lovely view and would be happy to stay on any future trips.

Beautiful view from balcony and second downstairs lounge area( which is accessible by going outside, downstairs)was more comfortable than the main house one. Kitchen has no range hood and no power point in bathroom. Our food kept freezing in fridge and it took a couple days to find a happy medium. Surrounding area is relaxing

Our double-storey house offers plenty of space, and I love watching kangaroos and native birds right from the backyard. Being so completely surrounded by nature, the beautiful lakes, and the famous 90 Mile Beach makes it an unparalleled retreat
