A granny flat offers extra space, with ceiling fans and cooling throughout. Best of all, Casuarina Beach and the scenic walking tracks of Dripstone Cliffs are just a short stroll away.
The open-plan living areas are accentuated by soaring cathedral ceilings and dressed with stylish furnishings. Centred around the sparkling pool and alfresco dining area, the property showcases a beautiful transition between indoors and out. The spacious outdoor terrace and poolside sun loungers create plenty of room to unwind and soak up the tropical surroundings. Steal a quiet moment in the yoga room, or grab the rackets for a game of ping pong.

The entire property is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool. In the spacious living and dining area, an L-shaped sofa and scattered vignettes invite you to relax, while a TV with Netflix takes care of your entertainment needs. The large dining table brings everyone together for a shared meal, whether you've been creating a feast in the fully equipped kitchen or firing up the BBQ outside.

The primary suite is located off the dining room and is truly a parents' retreat, complete with a sumptuous ensuite featuring a spa bath, dual shower heads and double sinks. A walk-in wardrobe, direct pool access and an adjoining private office with a desk round out this exceptional space. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed, while the third features two single beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request for an additional 100 AUD joining fee. A high chair and a portacot can also be provided. Both rooms share a well-appointed main bathroom with a bathtub, shower and separate powder room, with an internal laundry adding everyday convenience.

Tucked away at the far end of the property and accessed through the pool area, the fully self-contained granny flat offers privacy for those travelling in a group. It features a queen-sized bed, a kitchenette with a dining table and an ensuite bathroom.

Parking is available on the driveway.

The northern suburb of Brinkin is located 20 minutes’ drive from Darwin’s city centre. It’s minutes from Casuarina Beach and Charles Darwin University and shopping at Casuarina Square. Walk or cycle along the Nightcliff foreshore and enjoy a dip at iconic Nightcliff Pool.

The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $350 per cleaning.
