Blue Pearl is a BRAND NEW 9 bedroom/8.5 bath luxury home located in the heart of Miramar Beach, situated just a few blocks off the sugar white beaches of the famed Emerald Coast! The home sprawls across 5,000 square feet with exceptional living space, tons of family entertainment features, and a 30x15 private pool (optional heating) with an 8x5 cascading waterfall hot tub! 



The Blue Pearl boasts a whopping EIGHT king master suites, all with private ensuite bathrooms! Two of the eight king suites offer our expansive "family suite" layout, that each includes: 1 king bed, a bunk area containing 2 sets of bunk beds (can sleep up to 5 kids!), and a private ensuite bathroom. In addition to the eight king suites, we also have a themed kids bunk room that will sleep an additional 3 kids.



With so much space throughout, your group won't have to look far to find a place to relax in one of two living rooms or several other lounging spots throughout the home. Grab a snack in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, play some games in the rec area, or need to cool off with a chilled drink? Blue Pearl offers a standalone ice maker within the bar on the first floor and has strategically placed mini fridge for your convenience! The saltwater heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and features fiberoptic lighting with various color modes, plus a cascading waterfall hot tub that offers a serene ambiance with the constant sound of soft, flowing water. There is also great mix of seating /lounge chairs in the patio area for everyone in your group as well as an outdoor TV.

FIRST FLOOR:

Kitchen: large chef's kitchen fully stocked with all you need to prepare large family meals. Our kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, blender, cooktop, oven, Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker with regular drip and pod, crockpot, and all utensils. The kitchen has beautiful stone countertops with counter height seating for 4 located at the large island in the center of the room.

Living Room: Located in the back of the home with windows overlooking the pool patio. Open concept to the dining and kitchen areas of the home makes it easy to mix/mingle while preparing meals. Seating for several with 3 large couches, two coffee tables, and a 70-inch Smart TV. 

Dining Area: Located adjacent to the living area and kitchen, 3 separate tables are offered for seating 16. The open concept allows for perfect flow from the kitchen and living area and is adorned with coastal artwork. 

Entry/Bar Area: 70-inch Smart TV, ping pong table, bar with wine chiller and ice maker, full sized refrigerator 

Bedroom 1 +Private Bath: King sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with zero entry walk in shower with no slip tiles throughout the bathroom and shower floor. The shower has a luxurious feel and glass surround. 

Bedroom 2 + Private Bath: King sized bed, two nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom with fully tiled luxury shower with glass surround



Half Bath: Located off of the kitchen making it easy to enter in and out without disturbing someone's personal bathroom

The bathroom includes double vanities, private water closet (toilet), and a luxuriously tiled shower/tub combo for making bath time easy for those with kids. There is also a porch that oversees the pool/patio area.

Additional Details:



Pool Heating: available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive.

Items we provide: Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen to get you started on your trip.



Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs/toys/umbrellas/coolers), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.



CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking.

PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking.



*Weddings are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

*Your reservation comes with $750 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay

The Blue Pearl will have six (6) dedicated parking spaces, therefore please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will also have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain; the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!
