Designated Waterfront Trail runs in front of the house; also Bruce Trail on the ridge of the escarpment about 2 Km away. Public beaches within walking distance (600 meters away).

Free public boat launching park 2.1/2 minutes

For more than six guests, we will charge $50 per guest per day. The fare will be automatically added to the final invoice.

As it is a big property, the division of the house consists of two dwellings. The guest has access to one dwelling and the owner/operator occupies the other dwellings, it is accessed through the outside side door. The basement is a separate dwelling and not connected to the main house. Owner/ Resident will not access the backyard, parking spaces, patio or any other places. So the guests will get 100% privacy during their stay.
