Features: Single level, 1400sf, 3bd, 2ba. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Maximum

occupancy is 7, including infants and children of any age. Transformable all-

in-one pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard. Wall-

mounted heating and evaporative a/c (not central H/A). Please do not try to

use the propane fireplace--it is not hooked up. Refrigerator, microwave, range

& oven, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair blow dryer,

iron & ironing board. Propane BBQ. Garage not available for guest-use.



Parking for up to 6 cars. Tesla Charger and adapter.



No pets allowed, please.



Dining table seats 6.

PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES:



Gated resort community with 24-hour security. Airport, 18-hole championship

golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches,

snack shack, sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches

are open during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.

**GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:**



Pine Mountain Lake HOA charges $50 per vehicle (one time fee) to enter the

gated community with 24 hour security.



The entire fee goes to PML HOA.



Price subject to change without notice.



Access permits are NON-REFUNDABLE.



A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.



**Yosemite National Park requires reservations to enter for 2025. Please visit

the National Park Service website for details.**









There is a $50 gate fee to get into PML, this will give you access to all

amenities for 7 days.



No fires, fire pits, or fireworks allowed.



Quiet time for area: 10pm-7am.



Late check-out past 11am for a $50/hour fine. Prior approval required. Fee

will be issued if guests are still on premises after 11am.
