Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the two king beds and the queen bedroom, as well as the queen size pull-out couch. The house offers Netflix on all four of the flat screen TVs for your enjoyment.

The backyard also offers peace and tranquility. Enjoy the mini-golf course, the large trampoline, and the outdoor dining and gathering areas for you and your group.

A park with tennis, volleyball, soccer, and a walking trail are a block away.

Service animals are allowed. The guest agrees to an additional per fee of $150 per animal. If additional cleaning is required to the interior or exterior of the property because of the pet, the guest agrees to an additional pet cleaning fee at a maximum $300.

For a 3 bedroom house (sleeps 8), more than 3 bath towels would’ve been nice… There was a washing machine but no soap offered. Only 1 roll of TP & paper towels for the stay. The lawn has not been cut in weeks (and for a very nice/uniform neighborhood, this was an eye sore). The backyard was completely overgrown, we had to search to find the “putting green”. The cabinets had broken sections and the hot water barely worked. The house is currently listed for sale and it just felt like the hosts have given up on tending to this house.

Perfect for what we needed!

The location of this property is in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was clean and we had just what we needed for the trip. The host worked with us about check-in to accommodate us as much as possible.

Great getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this house. Comfortable living and a safe atmosphere. Nikita was very responsive to me and was willing to aid and assist. I would most definitely book with her again!

Elmhurst perfect!

I use Vrbo a lot all across the country and once again, a wonderful stay. Everything was as ad stated, owner responded quickly and neighborhood was safe and quiet. Lacrosse season for Elmhurst starts in Spring, we will be back!

Nice little house

My family of 8 had never stayed at a VRBO. This was a great experience. The host communication was awesome. Responded to messages right away. When we first arrived we needed more towels and within the hour we had more towels. Great communication all around. The house is small but met our needs. Very cute set up. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and the golf in back yard. We wished it was warmer to enjoy it more. The place was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. Couple things could use some tweaking. Maybe a side table in the bedrooms to place phone. The beds still had the plastic on it from when you buy a mattress. So moving around at night was a bit noisy and hot. Overall great stay and we would for sure come back to this property and recommend it for others. We loved it.

Weekend visit to see family in area

The property was fine- it was accurately portrayed in pictures and clean inside. It is centrally located in Elmhurst and very close to my family we were meeting up with. Communication with the host was quick, kind, and clear. Checking in was easy and the host left green tea as a welcome gift for us. The backyard has a trampoline that my son used a little bit (it was quite chilly during our stay) and the putt putt course in the back was a fun exploring path for my daughters. However, there were also random toys and other items scattered in the backyard that seemed to be after thoughts/left behind from previous renters. Every bedroom and the main living space have nice, large tv sets, which my kids were very excited about. Everything aside from minimal things that could easily be tweaked- lack of towels (only 4 available though I reserved our stay for 7 people), crunchy matress protectors on all beds, weak water pressure in the shower, and limited dishes- met expectations. The house is a little outdated for the neighborhood but makes for a fine rental property. Staying here was fine for the weekend but if you are planning to utilize the kitchen for cooking for a longer stay, it is very minimally stocked. We enjoyed our short stay and would consider staying again in the future. Thank you!

Couldn’t stay on property

The property manager was great. The property was not. We arrived mid November so temperatures were chilly at night. The furnace and water heater would not work. We arrived after dark but had high expectations. No heat and no hot water dampened our spirits. After 3 messages to the property manager she brought us some space heaters so we wouldn’t freeze. I starter trying to cancel the reservation but was told that since we had a form of heat they would only knock off the cleaning fee. That was unacceptable to me. After much time on the phone were given the option of a full refund which we took and left for other accommodations. We planned on cooking all meals in house but the kitchen was not well stocked with pots and pans. Over all we were disappointed. We were there to see kids and grandkids not spend time on the phone haggling over refunds and finding another place to stay. Fortunately we found an alternative sight and enjoyed the rest of our stay

An easy, enjoyable stay.

Property looks exactly as listed. Bedrooms are the perfect size to me and the beds are comfortable. The house stayed warm through the cold winter days & nights with little effort. There wasn't a huge skillet for cooking but that was fine for my small party. The host left Keurig cups for the machine, which was nice. Keurig worked well. In all, this is a cozy property on a nice, quiet street. It was an enjoyable, lax stay for my family.
