This stylish country home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen/living with a fireplace, plus another living/lounge area with a 2nd wood fireplace. The kitchen/living space is perfectly positioned overlooking the backyard and captures the morning sun. Luxurious, comfortable and well-heated, up to 6 guests will love the total privacy and proximity to Trentham Village amenities. Cosmo House provides an ultimate year round escape, set among a magnificent country gardens.

Cosmo House provides everything you need to entertain your loved ones and the opportunity to get away from it all in style and luxury, this is a rare find.

We have really enjoyed putting the finishing touches on Cosmo House and would love to tell you more about it.


ENTRY, LIVING & LOUNGE
As you enter, you're greeted by polished wood floors in the separate entry room that leads to the lounge with soft carpeting; the overall atmosphere is modern but also cosy and reminiscent of the countryside. A large-screen TV with Chromecast connected to the complementary NBN Satellite WIFI allows guests hours of entertainment and the ability to connect their preferred streaming services from their device. Feel the warmth of the large closed pot belly wood fireplace in the lounge for the perfect cosy winter getaway at Cosmo house in Trentham.

LIVING & DINING, KITCHEN
The second living area combined with the kitchen offers a spacious family-friendly spot to relax with your group. Guests can enjoy the outdoors and the country garden view through the five large glass windows even on a winter morning. You'll feel right at home as you light up the second fireplace or switch on the reverse cycle air conditioning on those cooler days. The large windows make the space feel expansive while still maintaining that cosy cottage feel. In warmer seasons guests love to open the doors leading to the back deck and patio for a barbeque lunch or dinner. Families enjoy being able to prepare meals while having a direct view and access to the backyard where children love to play, hide and run about. The morning sun can greet you and your guests as early mornings become a treat - enjoy a morning cup of tea or a coffee from our Nespresso coffee pod coffee machine as you watch the local birdlife visit the gardens.

KITCHEN
The Cosmo House kitchen was designed for cooking with friends and family. Ample bench space for preparation and cooking amenities located conveniently means everyone can pitch in. Entertain your whole group as you share memories over a lovely meal or relax with a glass of wine as the fire crackles in the background. Newly renovated and modern, the well-equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bench, stainless steel appliances and large capacity combo fridge freezer has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The bedrooms feel clean and spacious in crisp modern whites and creams with carefully selected antique wooden pieces that emote the historical feel of the town of Trentham. The luxurious finishes and soft furnishings are warm and inviting. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large vanity, shower and toilet. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and built-in wardrobes. All rooms have electric blankets, throws and soft carpets.
The main bathroom has a beautiful glass panel shower and the shower head can be removed for use as a handheld. With instant gas hot water and amazing water pressure, showers are a treat at Cosmo House. The vanity has a large mirror with great natural and indoor lighting and two conveniently located power points for bathroom appliances.

OUTDOORS
This delightful 3-bedroom family home is situated on a large block. From the street, you will love the pretty arbored 2-car carport with a climbing vine that helps to frame the picturesque property. The extended driveway is capable of accommodating four large cars behind the electronic remote-controlled gate. The large front porch leading to the wide double front doors can also be accessed via the walkthrough gate that leads through the front garden. The porch is set the entire width of the house and is well-lit, so it can be used in the evening for access from the carport. The lush green grass and well-manicured gardens provide the perfect backdrop for outdoor gatherings with family and friends with a gas BBQ and a six-seater outdoor setting.

Guests have access to and private use of Cosmo House and its beautiful surrounding gardens. After booking and before arrival guests can expect to receive instructions for accessing the property via our self-service and contactless check-in process. The property is situated on one of Trentham's quiet country main roads and is easy to find. The expansive nature strip at the front of the property means multiple guests arriving at the same time have plenty of off-street space to park until accessing the property and driveway.
We provide and confirm direct contact details, before arrival and our cohost is there to help you too should immediate assistance be needed during check-in or your stay.
The shed located to the right of the property behind the arbored carport and our property carer amenity cupboard are secured and not accessible to guests.

A short 600m walk into the main center of Trentham, close to all the wonderful cafes, pubs and eclectic shopping.
Only 20 minutes to Daylesford, Kyneton and Woodend.
Trentham falls are spectacular. The picturesque golf course and the Domino walking trial all add to the charm.

There is a short walk to the Main Street, parking is free and readily available. The area is good to cycle around and there is a dedicated cycle/walking track , the Domino trail, nearby. There are a few Taxis in the area and we recommend booking in advance if you require a Taxi.

Linen, bedding and towels, are provided for each stay. Ask us about our mid-stay mini-clean and linen change service before arrival when booking for 7 nights or longer.
Extra pillows and blankets are provided in each bedroom. Along with body wash, soaps, shampoo and toilet paper, cosmos house is also stocked with basic kitchen tidying/cleaning supplies for guests' convenience.
The Chromecast connection allows guests to connect their streaming services via their own devices and quickly find titles that suit their preferences and pick up where they left the latest tv series favourite. All Free-to-air channels are usually available.
There is no washing machine or dryer at Cosmo house
We have a cohost who may also reply and send reservation and access information to you via Airbnb messenger. Guests are welcome to phone us or our cohost, especially if they need immediate or urgent attention during their stay.
There are 2 fireboxes and no specific child safety locks, fireguards , stair gate on back stairs etcetera. Young children will need supervision during your stay to ensure safety.
