RULES

No Smoking: Guests: Please no smoke inside the cottage or the sunroom. Feel free to smoke outside and use the provided ashtrays. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

Quiet Hours - VERY IMPORTANT: Please always be respectful of our neighbors. During the day, please keep your activities at a respectable noise level which includes music. Ensure you abide by the quiet time hours of 10pm. This means, that if you're outside or in the sunroom, no music and you must be very quiet when speaking as sounds travel across the water. Speaking in a whisper. NO MUSIC, YELLING, OR SHOUTING OUTSIDE after 10 pm. Secondly, if playing music inside after 10pm, please keep it at a respectable level and ensure all doors and windows are closed.

Guest Authorization: Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed at the cottage. No exceeding the limit to have parties.

Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own cottage! We ask that you don't wear shoes in the cottage. If the trash/recycling bags are full, please place them in the garbage/recycling bins in the garage.

Damages: Report any damages in a reasonably timely manner.

Septic System: Flush only toilet paper, DO NOT flush feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, paper towels or other objects.

Please don't move any furniture and if you have to move chairs, please place them back into their original position.

No fireworks.

If you're staying during the summer months, please be mindful of the water and keep an eye on your friends/family/children and pets.

Wear a lifejacket when using the paddleboard or paddleboat.

If there is a fire ban, please no fires, no exceptions!

When using water toys, please place them back where you found them after use.
