My husband and I went to Seattle to visit my brother and the location was great it to about 15 minutes to get to his house and we went to see the nutcracker by the space needle also about 15 minutes and shopped at whole foods and that was 5 minutes away.

Host was incredibly kind and helpful. She sent us all of the information and even some videos regarding check in to ensure we were able to enter easily. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including towels and a washer/dryer. Lots of shops nearby that are open until very late hours, which was nice as our plane didn’t arrive until late at night. The location is right next to the Seattle convention center, which has numerous little restaurants and coffee shops. Also several breakfast, lunch, dinner places under a 10 minute walk. The pike place market is adorable and 15 minute walk towards the water front. The building was very secure, though we didn’t notice an excessive amount of homeless in the area compared to other major cities. Furthermore, the few that we saw were harmless and kept to themselves. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be recommending this property in the future, as we will be moving to Seattle in a few months and looking for places to send our friends when they visit.

Excellent location and liked the ability to quickly access downtown by foot. The furniture was a bit small. I am 6'2" and my Wife is 5'2" and she even commented on how low much of the furniture was. Would recommend cleaning off the top of the fridge. It is pretty gross. I cleaned a lot of the space to leave it cleaner than we found it when I was bored. Space could also use a little TLC, the boards around the mirror in the living room should be removed or replaced. TV in the bedroom does not work. Light fixtures in kitchen & dining room seem to block more light than they let through. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay. Just making suggestions. Dani was great and accommodating to our delayed schedule.

Great location - walkable to most everything we needed and close to Pike Place Market. Host was a top notch communicator and helped us with an early check in to get our vacation started a bit earlier than planned, a parking space during our stay and flexibility with check out. Would stay again.

Dani's apartment was comfortable, located on the edge of Belltown at the convention center, and convenient enough to most of the attractions ee visited. The apartment is well laid out and the king bed was comfortable. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating, however it all worked just fine for our needs and was more than adequate. We would definitely book this apartment again if the opportunity arises.

Was not expecting a portable AC unit in just the bedroom. Since the unit is coming from window the street noise is pretty loud. Could use some table lamps next to bed for reading and there were no dish towels for drying dishes. Overall location was fairly decent. Also found it odd no screens on windows on the 13th floor.

Dani was a great host! She answered any questions that were asked quickly! There was a small hiccup with parking but was fixed with no problems. The condo was extremely convenient to walk many places downtown! The bed was very comfortable! Thank you Dani for being such a great host!

The property in a great loocation, walkable to a lot of great places, and easy to get Ubers if not up for walking. Bed was comfortable. Upkeep of the condo could use some love, lots of little things need attention. Nothing to make or break our stay, but for the price, it could use some TLC. Air conditioner in bedroom did very little, and windows open made it very loud! Communication with the host was excellent. She was very quick to respond with any questions we had. All in all a great trip.

Beautiful condo Fast reliable communication Perfectly clean when we got there Super nice host Amazing location Walkable city Nearby stores Parking was amazing Very quiet building Easy check in and check out instructions First time ever using a short term rental like this and I genuinely cannot be more pleased with the property and the host I will be forever grateful for the amazing first experience with rentals like that and If I could rate it a billion stars I would 100% I would recommend to everyone I know this was amazing

Great Stay in Seattle

We had a great time in Seattle. The location was perfect with lots of coffee shops/bookstores/restaurants/public transportation within walking distance. The apartment was as listed. Overall, it was clean and appeared as listed. Our only minor complaint is that some of the blankets smelled like they hadn't been washed, but there were plenty of spare linens in the closet so we made do.

A cozy spot in an amazing location!

Our group stayed for a few days and very much enjoyed it! The unit was well kept and is in an excellent downtown spot close to many local hotspots! The renters were also quick to respond with questions and very helpful!

Suited Our Needs

Property is within walking distance to Pike’s Place and Capitol Hill. Super centrally located. Property Manager was communicative and really helpful. Property was clean and secure.

Great Spot for Walking Seattle

This is a spacious one bedroom condo in a great location if you’re visiting Seattle. We were there for Seattle sightseeing and were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The decor is rather retro, but it is clean and we were easily able to host an overnight guest

Perfect location

Close enough to walk to all the things we wanted to see or if need transit/monorail. Easy to get a hold of when an issue arose. Walking to stores. All in all not a bad place to stay. Would stay there again if I ever make it back to Seattle

Meeting nearby

A lovely place close to my meeting. Great to have my own space and especially the kitchen. A bit noisy from the traffic with the window open for the air conditioner but that is probably less in the cooler months. Some learning to know how to use the place but the managers were super helpful.
