Work out, swim, and barbecue in one of the many community areas throughout and directly next to this modern home. Parking for 2 cars right at the front door makes for easy loading and unloading. Public transportation is just an 8-minute walk and just an 15-minute walk to the public beach access to one of Mazatlán's most beautiful stretch of beach. Ocean activities are readily available like swimming and kayaking as well as horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours, biking, and much much more. The entrance of the property sits across the street from a water park.

General Rental Policies:

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.

You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times to prepare the property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or a Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
