Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on Swanston St right at your doorstep.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Grattan St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min tram ride or a 10min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 2 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th adult would be on a daybed that pulls out to a double & a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double.

Great apartment, view & location!!
We loved staying at Anton’s apartment and really enjoyed the balcony view, furniture & vibe of the place plus the location. When we arrived, the apartment was very warm and we realised it was due to the dryer still operating (as mentioned in the listing). The open balcony door then AC had the temperature under control quickly!We would stay again.

I was amazed at the luxury and price of this apartment .i was disappointed after leaving an item of clothing behind that they weren’t prepared to mail it to me . They communicated well . Tram to the city was very conveniently located to city . Apartment ideally located to museum Saint Vincents hospital and Latrobe street . Secure apartment certainly gave peace of mind .

Never stay here.
Check in process was a nightmare, stood outside the property for over 90 mins trying to get into the property with sporadic communication from the property manager. No hairdryer, noise through the night from apartments around, wet washing left in the dryers. Changes to check in and check out times. Nothing luxurious about it at all, old and run down. Ruined our holiday. I will never use this platform again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Elaine, and I’m truly sorry for the late replies and the challenges you encountered during your stay. I understand how frustrating the check-in process must have been, and I apologize for the delays in communication.
Regarding the hairdryer, I’m glad we were able to bring one to you promptly after your request. I also apologize for the noise from the surrounding apartments, but unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. We understand how important peace and quiet are during your stay.
In regards to the washing machine, I’m sorry for any confusion. As mentioned in our check-in manual, the cleaners leave the sheets from the previous guest in the dryer, and we kindly ask guests to set them aside once done to use.
As for the check-in and check-out times, we did our best to accommodate the times you requested, and I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear.
Once again, I apologize for the issues you experienced, and I truly regret that your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, and I hope you’ll reconsider using this platform in the future.
