Great Location & Gorgeous Views

This home had everything we needed for our stay in Winter Park. The home was lovely, and easily walkable to downtown Winter Park and Cooper's Creek. The hot tub and rooftop space were the perfect place to unwind. Will definitely be back!

Walkable townhouse in Winter Park

We had a family trip out to Winter Park and this house was perfect for us. There's plenty of beds for 6 people, 3 bathrooms, a hot tub on the rooftop, and best of all, walking distance to downtown Winter Park. The shuttle is literally down the street. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very well equipped and located unit!

Great place. Very well equipped. Very new. Convenient location. As described, it is in an active construction area, so be prepared for the noise and traffic, during the day. Would stay here again.

Amazing townhome!

This place has it all. Very nicely appointed. Comfortable. Close to the Lift bus system. Garage for your car and to store your ski equipment. Really top notch place. We hope to come back!

Row Roof Top Loft Review

We had a great time in Winter park and really enjoyed our stay at Row Luxury Roof Top Loft. The private hot tub, firepit, and amenities throughout the home really made our stay a memorable one. The home was clean, the check-in and check-out process was easy. The home location is a few minutes drive from the Winter Park Ski resort with many restaurants in walking distance. Thanks for a great time!

Great Place

A beautiful place in an excellent location. Layout is excellent (if you’re ok going up/down stairs); very tastefully and sensibly decorated; kitchen is highly functional and extremely well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils. A couple of relatively minor complaints: the ventless dryer doesn’t work very well (it’s new; just lousy technology) and the hot tub water was in need of a shock treatment (or drain/fill). Communication with property manager was pretty good—after suffering through one of those annoying “phone trees.”

Luxury Roof Top

We enjoyed our stay at this location. I mean location which is so close to restaurants (smell the cooking), bus service, shops, grocery store and of course Winter Park Ski Resort. The amenities are top notch. Wish the kitchen/Living Room had a half bathroom, but the design doesn't allow it. You have to go downstairs or upstairs to bedrooms. Kitchen is awesome for gatherings and the rooftop is excellent with hot tub, grill and firepit. At night in hot tub you can see Winter Park night snowcats grooming the slopes.
