Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and lower deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs first bonus room has queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs second bonus room has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
