Immaculately clean, easy check-in, and a location that lives up to the photos. The views blew us away, and the hot tub got used just about every night we were there. Everything was comfortable in the way you hope a rental will be but usually isn’t. Five stars, couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic location. Beautiful view from the back patio. Huge kitchen with everything you could ever need. Very large, clean home. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioning does not reach into the bedrooms on the upper level nor the back bedroom on the first floor effectively. Rooms were warm despite running the fans that were provided in each of those rooms.

Amazing stay In Princeville

This property was an amazing. Spacious with all sorts of features to enjoy. Equipped with everything you need from a day at the beach to a nice bicycle ride to the local shopping area.

Family getaway

We had an awesome stay in Kauai!! And this house checked all our boxes minus a pool but it did have a hot tub so after we braved hiking makaleha the hot tub was an absolute necessity!!! There were a few things that need some work on the house but noting these things with the host were received very well and they were very grateful! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

A True Gem

We sincerely loved everything about our stay! This home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen flowed so nicely and it made cooking that much more enjoyable! We stayed with our 6 children ages 17-26 and they loved everything about it! We will definitely be back!

Hawaii Wedding Trip

This home is open and spacious. The rooms are laid out beautifully to allow plenty of space for family to gather and/or retreat if they wish. The bedrooms were all spacious and confortable. The kitchen is very well appointed, you will find almost anything you could need. Thank you for the use of this beautiful home - our families all enjoyed it.

A Fantastic Home

Reviewer Comments: When my wife and I entered the door and took a quick tour of the house, we turned to each other and exclaimed with excitement, "It's perfect! We scored!" Thoroughly clean, the house is spacious yet lends itself to a comfortable, cozy environment, and is beautifully placed in the community with a gorgeous backyard. We used the hot tub every day and loved the views of the mountains. If we have another larger gathering on Kauai, you can bet we'll look up this house first!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first walked in the door, we marveled at the space, cleanliness and view out the back lanai. As we continued to walk through, we discovered more and more amenities. The huge kitchen was a big hit. Every imaginable appliance, cookware, eating utensils - you name it - was there. The master suite was perfect; air conditioned, walk-in spacious shower, and plenty of room. Our four adult children, and their spouses, had plenty of room as well. And the garage had plenty of beach equipment, chairs, bikes, and scooters. The second fridge in the garage was helpful as well. Just thoroughly enjoyed this house; it provided a great space to relax after our excursions and beach visits. Highly recommend!

We loved it!!!

This trip is ourfirst time going Hawaii. We were having 2nd thoughts on using VRBO since we have a big family...we decided to just go for it.. We came across this property....and OHHHH MAAAANN....so glad that we did! Such a wonderful property to stay in if you have large family! Everything you need is in the house. The property is really clean and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Although its far from the location where all the activities are...but man you wont regret staying inthis property...it really feels like you are in Hawaii....backyard has a superb view of the mountains! Ohhh...just excellent. Just make sure to reach out to the host before 5pm because you will.not get an answer til the next day. Thats the only bad part but not a bad experience at all with the host. If you message during normal working hours you will get reaponse right away. Otherwise....I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for cozy VRBO....We Loved it!!!!! Mahalo!

Coral Hale

Everything was as expected. We have a large family and we all fit comfortably in a beautiful, tropical and majestic place. Kauai is truly the garden isle-especially the north shore.

Beautiful location

We just loved the residence. Had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy the beach. Even some weight equipment. Beautiful area to run - and walk over to some restaurants and shops. Upstairs became a little warm - our girls didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful home and beautiful location

If you have eight to 10 people in your group, you probably couldn't find a nicer home than was the Coral Hale and the views were to die for. Princeville is a fantastic area on the North side of Kauai and this home makes everything the North Shore has available very accessible.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great with all the extras like beach towels and chairs. The upstairs bedrooms and the small bedroom downstairs do get warm though with no ac. We texted and called our island host who took quite awhile to respond. He said he would have the owners unlock the upstairs thermostat but never did and never followed up. That would be my only complaint!

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location

Our group of seven adults loved this beautiful and big Princeville home! The views from the back lanai and hot tub are so stunning and very peaceful. The bedrooms are simple, comfy, and clean, and the kitchen is very spacious and overall well stocked for a vacation home. We also loved the living room and game room for hanging out and relaxing together. The house is walking distance from the little town center with Foodland, Tiki Iniki, a few small restaurant/counter service spots, boutiques, and more - then a short 5-10 minute drive into Hanalei, as well as many gorgeous beaches. We would definitely stay in this area and this house again. Thanks so much!

Very well pleased. Are stay could not have been better.

The house is very inviting. Lots of room for our large group of 10. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. Bring for Frisbee discs to enjoy the golf Couse. Lots of extras in the garage for the beach and adventures. I would love to stay again. Thank you so much Steve

Amazing vacation home in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of ten enjoyed a winter holiday week at Coral Hale in a beautiful neighborhood in Princeville. It is one of the best appointed and most comfortable VRBO homes our family has visited. Highlights included the lush mountain views, the kitchen with extensive dishware and cookware, outdoor amenities including hot tub, grill and patio furniture on the lanai, and the comfortable beds with high quality linens. The appliances were in excellent condition and we had access to cleaning supplies for use during our stay. The home is a 2 minute drive from the Foodland grocery store (great poke) and minutes from Hanalei and snorkeling at Anini Beach. Booking was easy and the property manager was very responsive.

Kauia Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is everything you would want, beautiful, and plenty of room for our family of 9. Very clean, and stocked well with kitchen, beach, bikes, scooters, etc....Property manager was awesome, communicated very promptly and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.Though the house is beautiful, the home owners association is very strict on no noise outside after 9 pm. We had 2 of our group on the back patio having a conversation, and neighbor asked us to keep it down, so conversation was at a whisper, and the Home Owners association police showed up to warn us. Sad you can't have conversations outside on the beautiful patio after 9 pm - even quiet conversations. We would stay here again for the house, but not when you can't enjoy your outdoor patio in a respectful way (not excessive noise as it asks, that's ok, we could live with that - as we weren't being excessive loud, just having a conversation between 2 people). When it says quiet - it means quiet - stay indoors after 9 pm.
