Perfect location. Really nice being able to sit on the patio overlooking the beach. Easy access to the beach. I was able to call Vince with problems and he replied right away. Very friendly. Everything solved easily.

We stayed for a few days at Thanksgiving to visit family in the area. Condo was perfect. Easy access to beach. Great location close to grocery store, restaurants, and souvenir shopping. Excellent communication with owner! Would definitely book again.

Great vacation spot!

This is such a great spot for vacation. The rental was very clean and in such a perfect spot. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Very easy access to the beach and away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again. Vance was very nice and easy to communicate with.

2 week stay

We are snowbirds and wanted to get to a warmer location. The first week, unfortunately was cool and some rain, the second week was warmer and sunny. It was a good stay.

The condo provided beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. I spent most of my time on the balcony listening to the waves and soaking in the salt air. The condo was clean and quiet. It's an easy walk to the beach (just down the stairs/elevator and down the walk ramp). The owner was very attentive. VRBO sent me the wrong passcode for the door, but a call to the Owner quickly resolved that issue. The Owner was in touch with me before my trip to suggest places to eat/places to go. I highly recommend!
