- While the property offers step-free access via a ramp, it is not ADA-compliant, and it can be steep and slippery when wet, so please use caution
- This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced lake
- A guest can launch their boat at the property into the lake. A boat slip is also available. The bridge out of the cove has a 5-foot clearance, so some bimini boat tops may need to come down temporarily
- Lawn Care may arrive during your stay; however, they do not have a set schedule
- A starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own if more are needed
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the roof area above the front door facing the front outdoor entry.
