The Space:
Beautiful two bedroom apartment which has just been fully renovated and newly furnished with luxury finishings and furnishings. Located in stunning Sunrise Beach Noosa the apartment is less than a 1 minute walk to the pristine beach and a gourmet Cafe Chalet and Co. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment block in beautiful Sunrise Beach. The open plan kitchen and living area flow onto a great size undercover balcony with alfresco dining and blue ocean view. The kitchen includes all mod cons and coffee machine, or walk down to the gourmet cafe 'Chalet and Co' for your morning coffee fix. The luxe master bedroom with queen bed has luxury furniture and comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located at the rear of the apartments. You can access the pool and garden area directly from the apartment via a rear door. There is a single carport on the ground level for your use as well as ample on street parking. Hastings Street and main beach are a 5 minute drive away and Sunshine Beach village is a 2 minute drive away where you will find a newly renovated Surf club, bars, restaurants and funky cafes.

The Neighborhood:
Sunrise Beach is a hidden gem within the gorgeous Noosa shire. The apartment is across the road from the pristine beach and Chalet and Co gourmet coffee shop is a 2-minute walk away. Drive to Hastings Street in 5 minutes, or walk to Sunshine Beach village within 20 minutes where you will find an eclectic selection of gourmet cafes, award winning restaurants and corner store.
Getting Around:
You can easily walk to the beach from this stunning apartment. If you wish to go further afield you can drive to Hastings Street, Noosa Junction and Noosaville, all less than a 10 minute drive away. Sunshine Coast airport is a 30 minute picturesque drive. You can cycle around Noosa safely on many cycle lanes. Scooter hire is close by. Uber is very popular in the area and there is also a local taxi service.

Bed No 2 bed configuration
The bed in second bedroom is set up as 2 x singles however it can also be made into a king bed for couples. If you require the bed to be made up as a king please advise us 48 hours prior to your arrival so the cleaner can change the configuration.

As per the new code of conduct Noosa Council have passed from the 1st of February we require the below for every guest over 18 years that will be staying / visiting the property:

Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions:
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions
