It is a short drive to the beautiful Port Kembla beach and the Lake Illawarra. This prime location offers you the best of both worlds, allowing you to enjoy the coastal ambiance and the tranquil waters of the lake.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and impeccably clean interior, tastefully furnished for your comfort and relaxation. The house is thoughtfully equipped with entertainment options, including a table tennis board for some friendly competition, and an office area to ensure you can catch up on work while enjoying the scenic surroundings.
Each of the three cozy bedrooms is adorned with plush double beds, offering a tranquil retreat with ocean views right from your window. We've taken care of all your needs, providing fresh linen and a wide array of amenities in the pristine bathrooms, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as can be.
Please note that the air conditioning is available in the lounge area only, while a gas heater is provided at the opposite end of the house to keep you warm and comfortable during colder seasons. Additionally, there is no cooling system on the property as it has never been necessary due to the pleasant climate.
Step outside into the enchanting backyard, where you can bask in the warm sun, enjoy a barbecue, or simply savor a morning coffee. With two convenient parking spaces, your travel needs are effortlessly catered to.
