2nd floor: Bedroom ④ with 2 single-size futon sets (sleeps 2)

This accommodation has a maximum capacity of 18 people.
Note: Sofa bed is self service

For city exploration, Hiroshima Peace Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome are only a direct train ride away, making this an ideal base for both sightseeing and relaxation.

Getting Around:
There are two parking spaces available — one on-site and one off-site.
Please note that the road leading to the on-site parking space is quite narrow, so we recommend using the off-site parking area.

The on-site parking space can only accommodate standard-sized vehicles (please refer to the photos). Larger vehicles may not be able to pass through.

If your car is larger than a standard size, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

Other Things to Note:
This property has no front desk.
All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID.

Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest.

Please note that this property operates with special permission and the understanding of local residents.
It is different from a typical hotel or ryokan. We kindly ask for your cooperation by following the rules below:
*Parties and events are strictly prohibited, including banquets, musical performances, or any other gatherings.
*Please refrain from making loud noises or disturbances at any time of day or night, as this can disturb the neighbors.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
*Access to the garden from the first-floor veranda is not allowed.
*Access to or use of the second-floor balcony area is strictly prohibited.
*Please also refrain from opening the balcony windows for the safety of our guests and to avoid disturbing nearby residents.

No Cleaning During Your Stay:
For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed.

Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law):
All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number.

CCTV/Security Camera:
For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.

Luggage Drop Off:
You may drop off your luggage before check-in if needed (self-service only), but we cannot store luggage after check-out.
