No outdoor amenities use after 10 pm or reservation will be immediately canceled. Includes patio, basketball court, playground, backyard or front yard.

We have a private basement for you to use which you are more than welcome to have music and enjoy by the pool table but just keep doors closed so neighbours are not disturbed.

The pool can be heated for additional $150/day (must be on for the entire duration of the stay, cannot have heating for certain nights) - we not charge guests for this unless they request for it, as its very expensive to heat a pool using natural gas. Pool/hot tub is always open unless there is any maintenance needed to be done.
