Looking for a holiday location for you and your partner? This spacious 4th floor beachfront apartment is perfectly located so you can, enjoy a coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon on the balcony overlooking the beach.
Unwind and watch the days roll by in this stylish property.
Once you arrive at the property you wont need to worry about a thing, you can walk to almost everything, café for your morning coffee, bar for your evening oceanside drinks and supermarket for your holiday supplies. Kitchenette equipped for your long or short stay. Spend the day exploring the island on foot along the board walk or around the beaches both left and right of the apartment.
Day trip to local wineries, local markets, attractions, beaches and much more. You will need a few days on the island to get through the whole list of things to do and see including the night time penguin parade which is must for everyone

* 1 queen bed
* Bathroom with a shower, basin and spa bath
* Parking space for 1 car
* Air conditioning
* Large ocean view balcony
* 4th floor apartment
* Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stovetop and small bench oven
* Laundry is communal - but only a few $$ for a load
* Entry via new entrance of building or direct from carpark
* Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy day or night
* Tidy apartment in a great location
* BBQ on site in common area of the complex with table and chairs
* Extra parking available on the street outside the apartment
NOTES:
• Property is located in a small holiday complex so please keep outside noise to a minimum at night
• Reception facilities are not available to our guests as you are booking direct and no through the complex direct so please contact us for any issues, questions or concerns
• Be respectful of neighbours
