Soul on Sunshine in Sunshine Beach.
Located in Sunshine Beach, this apartment features open plan living with coastal styling and comfortable furnishings, a roof top terrace, and a self-contained kitchen. There are two living areas, and two bedrooms to sleep 4 adult guests or the property can accommodate 6 guests if 2 of the guests are children as the 1 x bunk bed is for children only. There are also two bathrooms. Did we forget to mention there is a private plunge pool?! There is also an indoor ethanol fireplace to spend cosy nights in watching Netflix or listening to Spotify with Bose surround sound after a day at the beach or hiking the nearby Noosa National Park.
We are located just a short stroll to white sandy beaches, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club or to one of the many cafés, bars and award-winning restaurants on Duke Street in Sunshine Beach. You are also only a short 5 minute drive or bus ride to iconic Hastings Street, the Noosa Main Beach, Little Cove's famous surf break and the entrance to the Noosa National Park, and the nightlife of Noosa Junction - and all the fabulous shops and restaurants this area has to offer.
The large apartment is built over three split levels, open plan, modern and full of natural light. This recently renovated home flows over spacious levels. The lower level of the home comprises of the master bedroom with King size bed, study nook, ensuite bathroom, large built-in wardrobes, private balcony and deck overlooking the private plunge pool area. The second guest bedroom and main bathroom (also accessed from the second bedroom) are also on this level and has a Queen sized bed, 2 single bunk beds and built-in wardrobe. Crisp white hotel grade linen and fluffy white towels are provided as well as hairdryer and locally produced, pure plant-based Lief hand and body wash. Fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Note: Ceiling fan in the second guest bedroom has been decommissioned for safety due to bunk bed. A set of stairs leads up to the main living and kitchen areas of the home.
On this level there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an island bench and high stools perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Pop a selection of wines into the temperature controlled wine fridge to enjoy with your BBQ lunch on the balcony. A Nespresso machine is provided plus some basic pantry, tea and coffee items to get you started. Cosy lounge area with a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV including Netflix, DVD and Bose surround sound system that flows throughout the house onto an undercover deck overlooking the plunge pool. There is an outdoor dining table and a built in Weber BBQ. Walk up a short set of steps which will lead you into the second living area where you can enjoy the ethanol fireplace and one of the many books or magazines provided for you.
This Sunshine Beach property is self-contained with full kitchen and laundry. Linen and bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper and detergents (to get you through your first night or two). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. As our guest you have full access to the home, garage and private plunge pool. We have a couple of locked cupboards in the apartment but there is still plenty of storage for your use,
Other things to note: Sorry, absolutely no weddings, functions, parties or schoolies. Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions are strictly not permitted and penalties apply. You will be required to provide information on the guests staying with booking. Maximum 4 adults, no exceptions. Noosa Council has recommended the use of outdoor areas be limited to reasonable hours to not impact on adjoining resident’s sleep and enjoyment of their homes. Limiting the hours of use of outdoor areas such as decks and balconies to generally no later than 9pm, particularly on weekdays, is advisable. Guests should then move inside and turn off outside music and outdoor lights.
*We have a lovely private plunge pool at the house. The cover must be left on when the pool is not in use to keep it clean from leaf litter. It is heated to max 27-degrees from the 1st of May to the 1st of September each year. There is no facility to turn the heater on apart from during this time. The aim of the pool heater is to take the edge off the cold, it will not feel like a bath. Our trustworthy pool man Pierre attends to the pool fortnightly. If you are in the house during his visit he does not need to come inside and will not bother you. During your stay, you may see some leaves in the pool from our lush tropical trees. We provide a pool scoop which will enable you to remove them quickly. Please cover the pool when not in use.
Fireplace in second living Use of the indoor fireplace is restricted to couples during Winter only and must be requested before arrival (72 hours minimum notice required. If notice is not provided prior to check-in the fireplace will not be functional during your stay). There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning to give warm or cool air of course.
