High Tide | Margaret River

High Tide sits in an elevated position in a nice quiet cul-de-sac street on the west side of town. This near new spacious 4 x 3 home is right in the heart of Margaret River, just a few minutes from the main street. You can easily walk to access the Rails to Trails walk track to reach the river and within a couple of minutes you can be at Swings Taphouse, IGA supermarket, Settlers Tavern or anywhere else your heart desires. The house is so well equipped you’ll find yourself right at home while on holiday at High Tide.
The Space
As you enter the house, there is a wing to your right with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the second queen bedroom and fourth bedroom with 2 single beds share a bathroom with separate toilet.
At the other end of the house you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with bath tub. There is a second living area / TV room near the master.
The open plan living area has space for the whole family, with large dining table and comfortable TV area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare some delicious home cooked meals, complete with air fryer, sandwich press, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The living area opens out to the large fully fenced back yard with nice undercover patio and BBQ. There is even a (seasonal) fire pit.
High Tide is a stylish and comfortable holiday home perfect for a large family or small group of friends, it is set up for 8 guests. Enjoy your time down south at High Tide.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
No Pets: sorry, strictly no pets.
Linen: linen is included in your stay.
