Both host and house were amazing. Great location, less than 5 minutes and you can be looking at the ocean! Very quiet neighborhood with everything you need close by. Would definitely stay again!

Nice home close to everything

The house was very nice and comfortable. There's a Walgreens and a Publix within a couple blocks. It's minutes from Graffiti Bridge and the airport and Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place.

We came down to visit our son and take in the Marti Gras festivities. The home was very clean and well appointed. Easy to find and convenient for our purpose. Good bang for the buck. Would choose this space again if the need arises.

My son graduated high school in May and wanted a trip with his friends. This home was so conveniently located to everything. The home was spacious enough for our group. There was everything we needed in the home. Great experience with this house and the host responded quickly to our needs. Strongly recommend this home to others!

All I expected

First the communication was with Gabriela was great. She was very prompt with information. The house was well equipped and clean. My family and I felt very comfortable there. I will be requesting this home again on my next trip to Pensacola.

Weekend Concert getaway

We stayed for a weekend to see a concert. The house was right down the street from the main strip of restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was also very close to the Bay Center where the concert was being held. The home was clean and even nicer than the photos. It was much larger than I expected. There is a Walgreens extremely close if you need to grab anything, which was nice. The owner was very nice. We had one very slight hiccup with the AC as they had just transitioned to a nest thermostat, but that was resolved and they made sure that the issue was resolved. I would highly suggest this as a place to stay for any event or occasion.

My party consisted of five senior adults. The property was in excellent proximity to our venue. It was cozy, clean, roomy, and near a lot of eateries. The property host was cordial and available. I will choose this property again.

Worked perfectly

We loved having easy access to all of our favorite parts of Pensacola and space for our large family within our budget. I was surprised that one of the three bedrooms only had a sofa bed, but that worked for our teenage son, though bunk beds would have been preferable. We found the neighborhood to be safe and quiet while we were there with many lovely places mixed in with a few less-well-kept. Our kids loved the Wii! :)

Just as advertised

The house was a just as advertised. I brought my family down for my daughter's cheer competition at the Pensacola Bay center and the house was a perfect location. Short drive to the beach and within a few blocks of downtown.

Nice weekend house

My friend was getting married close by so a couple of us decided to get a house instead of a hotel. The process was easy, owner/host was great, and it was close to the beach/downtown area. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I would have hoped for but we didn't have any issues but we were 3 30yr old males. Im not sure if its a good place for a yound family or females that are by themselves. All in all it was a good experience.
