Additional rules
This is strictly a no smoking and no pet environment. Smoking inside the house or at the entrance attracts additional $100. Parties are not allowed as well. Please maintain property in good shape as seen.

Dirty dishes attract additional $50 charge.
Rude behavior or aggression not tolerated and can result in removal from property.

Gather used towels, throw thrash away, turn things off, and lockup doors when you leave or when you come inside.

I ensure a clean space when you come in. Please be considerate and keep the space clean when you leave.

Please remove outdoor shoes and all shoes and place on the shoe tray. No shoes or slippers allowed on the carpet.

Ensure the external door is locked when leaving to safeguard your property.

Feel free to use the items in the fridge or spices in the kitchen cabinets.

Please handle property with care. Pots, plates, cutleries are available in kitchen cabinets. If you have any trouble with the locks, keys or anything in the premises, inbox me. Parking is in front of the house, at the sides of the house and behind the house. Note the area is a new area and construction is going on around. Do not park vehicle in construction hazard areas to avoid damage.
