A stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom timber frame all season chalet at the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. A true ski-in ski-out home surrounded by incredible views of the Purcell mountain range and the Columbia Valley landscapes, equipped with a brand new hot tub on the back deck, gas fireplace, barbeque, stunning front balcony, Sonos Speakers and Starlink WiFi internet. The back deck overlooks a beautiful backyard that connects to a forest and creek. In the fall and summer, there is quick access to fantastic mountain biking, hiking, golfing, fishing, paddle boarding and horseback riding.
The open concept second floor features vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, and is stocked with spices and cooking oil. The guest bathroom off the kitchen features a shower and a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom, located in the upstairs enclosed loft, includes a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a separate bathtub and shower. The first floor features two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The first bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the second includes a queen bed and bunk bed (bunks: queen lower, single upper). Storage areas for skis and other sports equipment are also available on the first floor with built in ski racks as well as an attached garage.

This property is a true ski-in/ski-out - ski down to the base in the winter via cat track.
