Management Update: The Marina Walk Pool & Beach Club Pool and Spa resurfacing project will begin on Monday, October 6th. The work is expected to take about 6-9 week. , pool and spa will be closed during resurfacing.

Right outside your door, you will find plenty of amenities to make sure your vacation to AMI does not skip a beat! There is a large, heated pool right nearby that you and your family will love soaking in after a long day in the Florida sun. This area also includes a bar area for relaxing and a playground/splash zone for the kids! Serenity on the Sound is located next to Margaritaville and Floridays Grill & Bar.

Guests that have a reservation of 30 days or more have access to extra amenities like the mini beach, kayaks, sky bar, gym, additional pool, and walking paths.

The penthouse unit includes 1 covered dedicated parking space; there is additional first come first serve parking in the front of the building. You will also find a storage unit with beach supplies and other goodies for your stay. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet. Kick back, relax, and turn on one of the flat-screen TVs to catch that must-see sports game or your favorite movie.

*Dogs 25lbs or less are accepted. A $250 + Tax pet fee per pet is due before arrival. This fee is collected separately after booking. Please notify one of our rental agents if you plan to bring a dog.

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full-sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
