The space
The Cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the CBD and offers three large bedrooms with two bathrooms with toilets and an additional shower with vanity.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and features a small library with both children's and adult books, walk in robe with hanging space and private access to the main bathroom with spa bath and main toilet.

The second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and features an ensuite with shower, wardrobe and hanging space and personal access to the front verandah.

The third Bedroom has two Single beds and features a wardrobe with hanging space and personal access to the front verandah.

The Kitchen is home to modern appliances - a K-fee Coffee Pod Machine with Pods, Gas Stove, Wine Fridge, Fridge/Freezer, breakfast bench with stools, Pantry, Dishwasher, Crockery, Cutlery, Drinkware, Kid's Dining Set, Microwave, Toaster, Milk Frother and Kettle.

The Lounge Room features three large recliners, a comfy Armchair, Smart TV, Netflix, built-in ChromeCast, Blankets, Board Games, Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of DVD's and Fireplace with portable fire guard.

The Dining Room features a six-seater Dining Suite, large Bi-Fold Doors that open onto the back deck and wood Pizza Oven.

The large Outdoor Entertaining area at the rear of the house features a 5-seater Lounge Suite with recliners and views to the beautiful mountains behind Stanthorpe.

The front Verandah features a quaint three-piece Sitting Area to relax and enjoy a hot cup of tea or a lovely glass of local wine and grazing platter to take in the beautiful views of Mt Marlay.

The Cottage also features plenty of room for children to play and explore the gardens, concrete pads for the kids to roller skate, ride their bikes, play Hopscotch or create beautiful artwork with chalk.
